Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.

There is a separate lane for your choice. I'll address the unlimited as that was who I was with has. There's a chip type sticker on the windshield. As you pull up it gets read and the arm goes up. They also provide complimentary towels as you enter the lane which feel damp, but have some sort of product on them that allows you to clean off the dashboard or anything else in your car as you wait to enter the drive through. Don't however, wipe down your windows as it can leave a film on the glass when the sun warms it up. Attendants direct you to enter all the while spraying down the front, sides and back of your vehicle. Flashing lights multicolored soap envelopes your vehicle. A bit like being in a disco, but without the music. When you exit the drive through, take the time to pull to the vacuum area where you can wipe down the water left on your vehicle (come on, what air dryer gets the car completely dry). There's a bin to toss your complimentary towel into before you go. I think the vacuums may be free. Didn't use it so can't say sure 100%
