I removed both bolts at the same time and the stabilizer plate INSIDE the frame of the car FELL down down down into the frame. This kept me from being able to put the bolts back in because the piece that fell wasn't there for the bolts to screw into. The team at Malibu's were great. A job that ordinarily would have required removal of the bumper took only a few minutes because they used a telescoping magnet, fished up the stabilizer plate, and were miraculously able to reinsert the bolts. I will be taking my vehicle here every time! 10/10; 5 stars; no complaints.

Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they…read morecalled me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
