Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT bring your car here for window tint. I have already had to bring my car back TWICE, and now I'm about to make a THIRD return visit because they still cannot get the job right. I paid very, VERY good money to have my brand-new car tinted with the highest-quality tint they offer. Instead, I ended up with such horrible glare and streaking underneath the tint at night that I genuinely do not feel safe driving my new car. Visibility at night is terrible. And instead of taking responsibility for the installation, they have tried blaming everything else. I was told it could be hard water from sprinklers or rain. Are you kidding me? Apparently rain is enough to ruin professionally installed, premium window tint now? I tried to be patient. I tried to be understanding. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When they attempted to "fix" the problem, they replaced the tint on only one side of my car. Not only does the replacement STILL have streaks underneath the tint, but now there is also a massive scratch in the tint that is clearly visible from the outside of the car. So after paying premium money for their highest-quality tint, I've been left with a brand-new car that has poor nighttime visibility, streaks underneath the tint, AND a huge visible scratch -- after multiple attempts to get the job corrected. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of their work, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicle tinted. And if you think paying top dollar for a terrible installation means they'll simply refund you when they can't get it right? Good luck with that. Three trips to a tint shop for a brand-new car should NEVER be necessary. I paid for a professional job. What I got was a headache, wasted time, and tint that looks worse after they tried to "fix" it. Absolutely ridiculous. Crappy service. Wish I never even considered this place to begin with. The experience at Malibu's Auto Center was incredible. I'd made a mistake when trying to remove and clean the bolts that hold the tailgate latch striker in place on the hatchback of my car. I removed both bolts at the same time and the stabilizer plate INSIDE the frame of the car FELL down down down into the frame. This kept me from being able to put the bolts back in because the piece that fell wasn't there for the bolts to screw into. The team at Malibu's were great. A job that ordinarily would have required removal of the bumper took only a few minutes because they used a telescoping magnet, fished up the stabilizer plate, and were miraculously able to reinsert the bolts. I will be taking my vehicle here every time! 10/10; 5 stars; no complaints. read more

I called back a month later to place my order , again very friendly service! We had a bed cover put on our F150 and they had it ordered and in store exactly when I needed it and installation took 1/3 of the appointment time, which was awesome! Walked into Malibu's to see about getting stripes on my Mustang. Spoke at length to Greg about colors and options. I chose a design and colors and sent Greg a picture as an example. He scheduled me to bring it in about a week later. He said he would need it for two days. In a day and a half Greg calls me and says "Your car is ready." The auto center told me they'd have my car done by noon then they called saying their machine was down, then I called at 2pm and they say they're almost done. It was about 4pm where they called saying it'll be done in 30 mins. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning at 8am and they had my car the entire day to complete a sedan's window tinting. I plan on going back because there a minor flaws in the tinting but overall it was not the best experience. read more

I tried three times to contact this store to make an appointment. I called once on Saturday and was told that someone would return my call to set up an appointment. That call never came. I tried calling again on Monday morning and was told again that someone would return my call by 10:30am. Again, that call never came. Malibu's did an amazing job with our van. Years of traveling, kids, and just life in general really stained the carpets and seats. It needed a serious clean out. Bad. We did our best with our own hands, and it was just ok. We then took it to Greg at Malibu's, and his team brought it back to life. It looks brand new inside. Everything is clean, even the engine was degreased. When I was looking for a shop, I asked some people who was the best in town for this, and they said Malibu's. They were right. Got my car back today. Everything now works. That was a major project, but they eventually came through. They installed an audiophile grade audio system with 2 amps and 7 speakers, wireless apple carplay, cellular linked remote start, idata link module, gps module, idata start module, and several car power system upgrades. And some other little stuff. Not a single wire is visible. It took a very long time to get done, but its done. read more

Did a level on my truck a while ago. Went to change out my brake pads and noticed they did not reattach the brake caliper bolts. You pay 600$ for a level you expect a quality job and they couldn't even ensure a brake caliper is attached. They took off stock parts, then without asking threw them out. Unprofessional work. Took my daughter's truck to have visor tint as well as her passenger window re-tinted. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't sure how dark to have the visor done or what % her window was and they matched it perfectly. We dropped the truck off at 8:00 a.m. and picked it back up in a few hours. Insurance paid their body shop for certain repairs. When we were called to come look at our "completed" vehicle I noticed they hadn't done what the insurance paid them to do. The insurance paid them to R&I the front bumper along with all lights, grilles and valances to repair and paint the front bumper. The insurance paid them to R&I the driver side mirror, belt moldings on both driver side doors and both door handles in order to repair and paint both driver side doors. They did not remove the molding, door handle or mirror off the door, they did not remove any grilles, fog lights or the valance from the bumper. They simple masked everything off and painted over them leaving horrible paint lines on my bumper and front door. They were paid to fix the dent on the rear door and repaint the rear door. Instead, they drilled holes in my door jamb and performed paintless dent repair on the door. The front door's paint was peeling around the repair area less than a month after the repair. They also attempted to clear blend within the front door panel instead of just clearing the entire door as they were paid to do. There was also overspray all over my vehicle as well. If you want crappy work done to your vehicle then this is the shop for you. They need to shut down their body shop because they obviously don't know how to perform their job duties correctly. Malibu's Auto Center installed an American Roll Cover on our 2017 Ram 3500 Mega Cab DRW. My wife and I drove 2 hours from Collinsville, OK to Moore, OK. Greg personally answered the phone, contacted the manufacturer and called me back within 30 minutes. Greg was extremely thorough regarding the details of the cover. Clint and his assistant installed the American Roll Cover. Clint did an excellent job educating my wife and I on the specifics of the American Roll Cover. My wife called ahead and Malibu's Auto Center let us bring our rat terrier. I would highly recommend Malibu's based on their attention to detail and customer service! read more

I've had a very disappointing experience with Malibu's. They installed a stereo system in June 2017 and I've had multiple problems since (such as the backup camera quit working after I rolled down the back window, the buttons on the steering wheel did not control the stereo...). My car has been there 4 times and they have failed to fix two of the remaining problems. The button to open the back hatch quit working after the 3rd visit and was not fixed on the 4th visit. Also the AC won't turn on right away when car starts as it did previously. The owner assured me he would fix these issues on the 4th attempt or pull the system out and refund my money, but he did neither. He was suppose to call Monday 7/31 and dropped the ball completely. It is 8/5 and he has not called. I would not recommend this place to anyone at least for stereos. I'm going to have to take the car to the Toyota dealership now to repair the button that they broke. They do not do any research on the front end to be sure they know what all they will impact when they replace a stereo. Also, I don't think they research which stereos are best for certain cars. I cannot see the screen to my stereo on sunny days. read more

I'm going preface this by stating the quality of their window tinting is GREAT. Had a great experience the first time with no issues and when I needed get my G/F's car tinted. It was the first place and only place, I called. They set me an "Appointment" over the phone for 8AM. Showed up on time, 2nd customer there after the door unlocked and dropped the car off thinking there was no reason to put a rush on this I don't need this until the late afternoon. It doesn't take more then a 3-4 hours to tint a normal 4 door car. Took the G/F to work and when on with my day. Around 3PM, I called just to make sure it was done, before walking over to pick up the car. They stated that it would be ready at 430 or 5. This threw me off, it was not what I expected in the least bit. I asked when they started on it, they said around 1PM. I asked why with my appt. being at 8AM that they started on it 5 hours later. They told me, that's the way they do it, everyone gets an appt at 8AM that keeps them from having no shows for the day. Still being a little flabbergasted that it wasn't ready, I asked why the car sat there for so long. I wasn't being rude, and could have been easily defused by the simple words, really sorry for the misunderstanding or meaningless mea culpa. Which I did not receive. I waited the 2 hrs more it, informed the G/F i was gonna be late to get her (She was super excited to stay at work longer) they completed it but she was extremely happy once she saw how awesome her car looked when she got it back. Moral of the story: They do GREAT work, and if you choose to get something done there, make sure you set a time you need your car back when you drop it off at 8AM. read more

Was told one price on the phone and went and dropped the vehicle off and when i came back to pick it up was told a higher price by the owner, He asked who told me that price and i said i didnt know but it was a woman. He proceeded to tell me that the only woman that worked there was his wife and she would not have told me that price which was like $279 instead of the $299 he said it would be. Not really a big deal except the way that he dealt with it, tried to act like a tough guy. Better ways to handle discrepancies than to stick your chest out and pretty much say to the customer that he is lying. read more

I've had two tint jobs done here and absolutely love the difference in quality over previous tint I've had. My truck and suburban stay cooler from the UV protection this tint provides.
