They offer windex to assist you with getting those interior windows Crystal clear. In short, I really like this place. It helps that it's only 1.5 miles from the house. With all of the other car washes being built around this area, it's going to be survival of the "fittest." I think Club Car Wash will come out on top.

Physical car wash itself was great, but record keeping/online app/customer service (online and…read morephone) is really terrible. I have had repeated problems with the account but today was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. Just noticed that Club charged me 6 months for a vehicle I never owned. Today they refused a refund, stating that because the account had never been cancelled, they could not return the money I was erroneously charged ($144). I never signed up that vehicle in the first place, I don't own it, I've never owned it, so how could I cancel it? So, told them to cancel my car and cancel my wife's car, Now I'm looking for a new carwash. Any bets on rather or not Club will try to charge my debit card next month?

My car was probably pretty clean after what he did, and that was before I went through the big automated car wash. My car was spotless when I was finished, and it set me back $15 and about 10 minutes total, including the time I took vacuuming. One thing I liked was I didn't feel rushed like you do at other places. For example, my windshield wipers always come on when I first get any kind of spray. It always takes me a second to figure out how to take them off auto and turn them off, and sometimes you are being pressured to keep pulling forward even if you're not ready. This was the opposite. The operator took so long spraying and scrubbing, I had plenty of time to get sorted. It makes a big difference. I may make this my new car wash. My husband will be happy since I always spend twice as much at Le Carpet Rouge.

Masters Car Wash - 3 Stars…read more Overall, this was a solid experience--but not without a couple of hiccups. We stopped in because my wife had a birthday coupon for a free car wash (and hey, you've got to take advantage of those perks!). She decided to upgrade the service to include drying, interior cleaning, and inside window cleaning. Even with the coupon, I ended up paying $17 for the interior--something I don't usually go for, especially since my wife has a pretty sharp eye for details. The team did a good job overall. The exterior looked great, and the process was smooth and efficient. No complaints there. However, the interior service didn't quite hit the mark--specifically the windows. My wife immediately noticed streaking on the inside glass, which was a bit disappointing considering that was part of the paid upgrade. So, was it worth it? That's a toss-up. The convenience was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the finishing touches matter--especially when you're paying extra for them. That said, it was her birthday, and she enjoyed the experience--and that's what counts most. Would I return? Possibly, but I'd likely skip the interior add-on next time.

I then asked if oil changes are done on Saturday and was told people will be out tomorrow. So, this will be my last time purchasing these oil change Groupons. I live in Midwest City but its very inconvenient being told to comeback. It's a great place for an oil change and car wash, if you live close, but for someone driving 25-30 minutes to immediately be told to comeback, twice, to me is unprofessional. Which is sad because I talked good about the business, but I don't think they care about how coming back inconveniences people so I'm warning yall, your time might be wasted going here. So, yall, go see IF you get an oil change on the day you want and give them a try..or not.
