Prior to my current issue with Watershed, I have nothing negative to report. Attendants have…read morealways been curtious with good attitudes. In Feruary 2026, I went to wash my car and apparently pressed an incorrect button and signed up for a monthy membership. I am an older dude and my eyesight is somewhat compromised. I recall the facility was very busy and there was a line of cars behind me. The attendant was helping someone in line next to me and I didn't want to hold up the line. It is difficult to see the small screen, especially if the sun is bright. A few days ago, May 18, 2026, I realized Watershed has been taking $21.00 out of my account every month for a membership. I have not utilized their services at all since that day in February due due to a relocation. Fortunately, they are able to confirm that I have never used the membership. I have been told by Karley, the GM, that they can only refund one-month of the total charges. I feel that is unacceptable. The right thing would be for them to refund the entire amount considering I never once used the service. I have contacted McDowell Enterprises who owns Watershed Car Washes in Texas and Oklahoma. I am hoping Craig McDowell will be able to justify this policy and explain why this makes good business sense.

I am OCD about my car, and I have ZERO critiques of Brian and his work he did on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I came from Los Angeles with dog hair, sand, dirt, etc all over my interior. I wanted every spec of sand and hair gone, but I do realize sometimes my standards are too high. The Auto Spa did a PERFECT job. I'm not kidding, not one dog hair was left to be found. Not one spec of sand. My car was immaculate inside and out. Worth every penny. I maintenance my car very well and I have never found a detail service as good as them. It's too bad I live in Los Angeles and they are in OKC. It's tempting to bribe them to come out to LA to detail my car. I can't recommend them more. read more

The AutoSpa is the best car detail shop in Oklahoma. I have lived in Denver, California and south Florida and have never found a shop as good as this one.
