All they had to do was say you mind if we close early?? That'd been ok but to just say nothing is rude and not good for business. THEN today, I get there 20 minutes before they open because I knew it'd be busy today due to this weather. Second in line and wait till 10 o'clock for them to open. Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.

Even worse my front rims had brake dust pretty bad. So to help the process I bought a sprayer of tire cleaner specific to my issue. I pretreated and drove on over a few blocks- yes it probably dried. But I figured the cleaner was still on there like a detergent clinging to dirt and grime like a badass beat cop. I paid for the best package and waited to be immersed in foam and bubbles. Victory has an employee who pretreats the car and tries to remove as much stuck on dirt as possible, however heavy handed he chooses to be. Today he decided to test the tenacity of my rear windshield glass. Glory be, it didn't shattered. As I went through the automated tunnel I noticed the soap seemed lacking and the brushes were set to turbo. Maybe it will be the futuristic car dismantling process. Golly. I have never gotten this many water spots from my home water hose. I have brake dust still hanging on everywhere I pretreated AND the employee skipped my wheels. So bottom line, keep driving.
