Not so long ago, I would have done a full wash, prep, polish and three layers of protection. That was then; this is now. I don't know how many detailers I looked at. I'm sure most do a fine job, but whenever I would ask someone, Lemonheads kept coming up. Their "Toughy" package was exactly what I wanted: a wash, iron decontamination, clay bar, wheels, tires, trim and ceramic sealant. I couldn't believe it was less than $150. Christian met me in the parking lot outside my favorite cigar store. We visited a bit and he got to work. In just about an hour, he did an incredible job. I walked around the vehicle slowly, and not once did I find anything he had missed. I could not have been more pleased.

They had everything they needed (electricity, water, etc.) to get the job done (not that it would have mattered to me). They were extremely thorough, inside and out. For a 2020 model, the paint on my car is starting to look dull in spots. When they were done, it looked shiny and like new! And the smell on the inside, lovely and clean! Each detail took about an hour. I generally do a detail to clean up the inside of my car, but I always love seeing the outside shine, too. We will definitely give Enrique a call again next time!

Waited for them to come greet me like they've always done, only for them to close up shop, pull down and close bay doors and turn off the open sign. Leaving me sitting and waiting. All they had to do was say you mind if we close early?? That'd been ok but to just say nothing is rude and not good for business. THEN today, I get there 20 minutes before they open because I knew it'd be busy today due to this weather. Second in line and wait till 10 o'clock for them to open. Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.
