This place is great! I took my car in to get an extra cleaning because it had been a while --- I had sand, dirt, dust, etc all over the interior and my exterior had some really difficult spots to clean (bugs would not come off... even with the bug grime spray!) This place is awesome! Something hit the hood of my black car driving to okc this week. It let an eight inch long white mark on the hood. I tried the usual items to get it off including nail polish remover. Made no difference. I took it to the dealer and the estimated $175 to buff if out. I needed a second opinion. I stopped by Nelson's 30 minutes before closing time. Nelson took a look at it, returned with a clean cloth and a spray bottle and made the mark disappear in seconds. I asked if he had time to wash the outside as it was covered with road grime and bugs. He spent 40 minutes on it and made it look like new. Total bill- $25. Yep. You read that right. Twenty-five bucks. I tipped another 25. This is an honest hard working shop that makes it's money on a good reputation. Highly recommended. read more

When I made my appointment, I told them I had white spots on the hood of my car from water dripping from the ceiling of my garage onto it. It also had bird droppings. After a trip to the local Walmart Tire Lube Express on NW Highway, we were left with a huge grease/oil stain on our driver side seat. I Yelped "Car Detailing" and found Nelson's Auto Detail located on N Rockwell. They took a look at it, gave us a fair price quote and they completely and quickly got the stain out! I recently had the unfortunate experience of having a gallon of paint splatter all over the interior of my car. I was in a panic trying to find someone who would take on the job before the paint dried and my interior would be ruined. After calling several detail shops and being told they would not be able to get us in, or worse had no idea how to clean it, we found Nelson's. They were close to closing for the day (on a Saturday afternoon) but agreed to look at the car. Once they saw it, they understood the urgency. They took the car and immediately started working on it! We were told later they stayed until 11pm that night AND came back on Sunday to get it done during the small window of time when the paint could still be removed. They saved my interior! I am beyond grateful and so impressed with their commitment to service and excellence. The car looks brand new. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

This place is great!!! Located off of Rockwell by the airport. I called on Saturday to get my car in for a full interior detail and they were able to get me in on Thursday(today). I dropped my car off at 8am, and it was clean inside and out like brand new when I picked it up at 5:30. They also had several other cars in the parking lot so they were obviously doing multiple cars today. Picked my car up after work and they really did an amazing job. I wish I had gotten a before picture. But to paint a picture, I have 4 dogs with different hair coats, and moved to OKC within the last 6 months, and have hauled plants and firewood and dogs to and fro many times since moving here. I haven't had time to do more than a quick pickup or a run through the car wash lately. My car now looks brand new. They truly did an amazing job and I highly recommend this crew to clean your car. I do feel that they are reasonably priced, considering it takes several hours to fully detail, shampoo and vacuum carpets, and clean up leather interior. read more

Can't deny the workmanship put into the detailing. Was certainly well done. My only advice or suggestion is make sure both service and customer have a clear understanding of an agreed upon price and both parties have the quote in writing. It seems there was a "miscommunication" between the shop and me concerning an agreed upon price. As a result, I paid an exorbitant price for what I thought was suppose to be an $89.95 detail. I take a share of the blame, I thought we were both on the same page. Unsure if I'll go back. If I do, I'll schedule in person and get my quote in writing. read more

We had a very, very dirty used Saturn Vue and I wasn't even sure they'd be able to get it very clean with all the stains and wear and tear. But I am BLOWN AWAY at how wonderful it looks. I am from Washington state and was recently in Oklahoma working. On 01MAR2017 I took my newer F-350 to Nelson's. I had been working on dirt roads over the winter and my pickup had plenty of Oklahoma "Red Dirt" in it. Nelson's entire staff was friendly and professional. I am thoroughly impressed with their work. I took my pickup to them in the morning and it was completed that afternoon. My truck came back looking fantastic and has no more signs that it had been off road.
