The first expense was great this time it was half done the way they did the first time from underneath to the truck itself. Inside was great. I could've came up the block for $20 less off the i240 western, I guess what I'm trying to say is the finishers have to be consistent on how I like my truck done wiped down washed wiped down for $98 to wash my truck at a certain level. I paid for the works and gave a $10 tip, and my windows have streaks and bad spots on them, they did not clean the cup holders in my console, some kind of sticky stuff on my console, white stuff on my mate in the back. And did not get the dirt out of the back. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I spent a lot of money and am not happy.

When it comes out, they dry it off and do a little more cleaning on the interior. They do not clean your trunk. I don't blame them for that. There is a tip jar inside where the tips go for the guy's lunch(es). I don't know if I tip there and it's for lunch should I also tip the outside guys? It's not my favorite place, but I'll continue to use them after long road trips. Manager is very friendly, and the office is clean. Lots of chairs to set in and a TV to watch. Gift certificates are available. I've given them as gifts before. It's about the only hand clean car wash in South OKC that I know of.

They diagnosed the problem but wanted to be sure. So, they kept it overnight and test drove it the next day. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than they thought - but they still were able to fix it that day and it ran fine for the rest of my trip. They were friendly, efficient, clearly explained what repairs were needed and how long it would it would take. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure that my car was, indeed, really fixed. Their prices were very fair. Being from out of town, I was a little afraid of getting taken advantage of. But they were more than fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I can only say they are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable!

They have a picture taken when they first pulled the car into the bay they claim shows the damage and say that proves it wasn't them. The fact that the damage could easily have happened in their parking lot before they pulled it into the bay the first time doesn't seem to matter. I had just had paint work done of this car and brought the car directly to Fast Lap from the paint shop. The damage was not there when I left the car at Fast Lap. It definitely happened at Fast Lap. I recommend going elsewhere. Your car may end up with more damage that it started with.
