When we arrived, there were a considerable number of cars ahead of us. Zaaire came out immediately to greet us and asked if I wanted any bottled water. He was very professional, genuine and kind. We knew that it would be a long wait because of the number of cars ahead of us, but he did a great job at setting that expectation for us. While we waited to be worked on, he came 2 more times to make sure we were good and to see if we needed any water. I have to say, I was very impressed with Zaaire. I've never had this level of service for an oil change outside of a car dealership before. Our total weight time was about an hour and 45 minutes. The actual oil change didn't take long once they started. Of course, there were items they tried to upsell us on, but every place does that. Everyone was very kind and professional. My only complaint is that they did not check our tire pressure, which is something that would normally be done when you get an oil change. We hadn't initially intended for this to be our go-to oil change spot, but it just might be in the future. Highly recommend!

We did not authorize or request any repairs. When we dropped the truck off, it ran great aside from one specific issue with shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. We simply wanted to find out what was causing that issue. Instead, we got the truck back in WORSE condition than when we dropped it off! What is even more upsetting is how Christian Brothers has handled the situation since. They have shown no willingness to help resolve the additional problems we're now dealing with. We trusted them to diagnose an existing issue, and instead, we're left with a truck that has more problems than it did before they touched it. And to make matters worse, they couldn't even properly gap the spark plugs! I completely understand that my son's truck is older. However, the age of a vehicle should NEVER be used as an excuse to dismiss a customer's concerns or justify returning a vehicle in worse condition than it arrived. My son brought his truck to what we believed was a reputable automotive shop for a simple diagnostic. The way he has been treated and the lack of accountability throughout this situation are absolutely unacceptable. We did not bring this truck in to have additional problems created. We brought it in to find out what was wrong with it! I am extremely disappointed in Christian Brothers Automotive, both in the condition the truck was returned to us and in how they have handled our concerns afterward. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere else! Edited to add ~ A plug that plugs into the transmission had a wire that was broken. As a tech diagnosing, a transmission problem seeing a plug with a broken wire you can run a jumper from the broken wire to the good wire put the truck on a lift and see if that fixes the problem if it fixes the problem, then you can say hey you have a broken wire on your plug. It needs to be replaced. We don't know why the ECM/PCM was pulled and why a vacuum line was missing. Also the truck was not ready to be picked up because the negative battery was still loose. If a car is ready to be picked up and everything should be put back and replaced as it was.

I left and the tires were not re-set to their new position so all of the tires were reading incorrectly and showing to be low. The tire they repaired began leaking again one month later. I asked them to re set the TPMS. After having my vehicle for over an hour and half, they pull it out and say it is complete. They then inform me, the TPMS on one tire which they repaired is going out and want to charge $109 to replace it. Instead of asking me if I wanted it fixed, they pulled another vehicle in. They did not complete service and had a terrible attitude. Even though my tires are wearing faster than the warranty, I will not be going back to have them replace the tires.

Even with the coupon, I ended up paying $17 for the interior--something I don't usually go for, especially since my wife has a pretty sharp eye for details. The team did a good job overall. The exterior looked great, and the process was smooth and efficient. No complaints there. However, the interior service didn't quite hit the mark--specifically the windows. My wife immediately noticed streaking on the inside glass, which was a bit disappointing considering that was part of the paid upgrade. So, was it worth it? That's a toss-up. The convenience was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the finishing touches matter--especially when you're paying extra for them. That said, it was her birthday, and she enjoyed the experience--and that's what counts most. Would I return? Possibly, but I'd likely skip the interior add-on next time.

They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. Thanks for looking at everything when you weren't told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
