Today was our first visit to this establishment for an oil change. I called and found out from…read moretheir automated message that are open until 7 PM, which is perfect because we needed an oil change in a hurry, in order to head out of town for an emergency. When we arrived, there were a considerable number of cars ahead of us. Zaaire came out immediately to greet us and asked if I wanted any bottled water. He was very professional, genuine and kind. We knew that it would be a long wait because of the number of cars ahead of us, but he did a great job at setting that expectation for us. While we waited to be worked on, he came 2 more times to make sure we were good and to see if we needed any water. I have to say, I was very impressed with Zaaire. I've never had this level of service for an oil change outside of a car dealership before. Our total weight time was about an hour and 45 minutes. The actual oil change didn't take long once they started. Of course, there were items they tried to upsell us on, but every place does that. Everyone was very kind and professional. My only complaint is that they did not check our tire pressure, which is something that would normally be done when you get an oil change. We hadn't initially intended for this to be our go-to oil change spot, but it just might be in the future. Highly recommend!

So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.

I went in to get my tire patched yesterday about 15 minutes into that. He tells me my battery is testing bad. I told him my mother-in-law's an ICU in Tulsa and I can't afford to have my truck leave me stranded. So if the battery is really that bad, then go ahead and replace it. He replaces it ($279.00). I drive straight to Tulsa to see my mother-in-law and park at the hotel. Wake up the next day car will not start. Battery is dead.!! He proceeds to tell me that it's not his fault, that batteries die all the time (not in 24 hrs old) and they get bad batteries all the time and says that I need to calm down. ("My mother-in-law is in ICU and the only reason I got it was because of his recommendation")! And now I'm stuck I can't see my mother-in-law because of his poor judgment and lack of ability to do the right thing and perform a simple task of installing a new battery! I'll never go back again and if I do, it's only just to look Kevin in the face or whoever that guy is with the glasses and tell him to time he made me miss with my family member. I can never get back.!

I don't like that they will not rotate your tires as directed and won't use a plug to fix your tire. I would not purchase a tire without the road hazard warranty because usually when I have a flat it's to close to sidewall for a patch. I then have to plug the tire myself. The rotation service typically goes like. Sorry we can't rotate your tires because their to worn in front. I end up rotating them myself. I will continue to purchase tires from this store. I would also recommend this store as a good place to buy tires.

Went into Hibdon the next morning, manager asked if my tire dad been slashed? Obviously, I said no! He took me into the bay with the manager showed me a slash in the sidewall of my tire. I could put my finger in to the hole. Unbelievable, this occurred in their shop, they slashed my tire to cause me to replace it. It cost me $475 to replace the tire to get out of the shop. I will not be returning ever. The manager has great customer service but evidently is clueless of the actions of his employees.

Not once, did I have to call to ask, when my truck would be ready for pickup. I personally like their courtesy ride; it helps out when you don't have that availability. I feel like their cost on repairs was in the middle, compared to other quotes I received around Edmond. I have a 4 star instead of 5 star was the fact that the $150 dynastic test wasn't waived after using their services. There are a few in town that waive the fee if they find the issue & you use their services.

They also said I needed a transmission service. So, I took it to the Honda dealership on Kelly and was informed that I didn't need any of those additional services. They stated that the air cleaner was clean, that out of a scale of 1 to ten on the brakes mine were at a seven, and they could tell that I had just had the transmission fluid replaced recently. They were dishonestly upselling. I used to use them. Never again.
