I purchased a signature high mileage oil change. It was supposed to come with topping off of fluids and vacuuming out the car... Which they do not do. They definitely did not vacuum out the car and they left a note in my car saying my coolant was low... He didn't even verbally tell me it was low, just left a note on my dash!! I also purchased a deal where you could add a $10 tire rotation on, but they would not rotate my tires either. He said one of my tire's tread was at a 3, so they wouldn't rotate any of them. I asked him if I needed a tire rotation and he said yes that I definitely needed one. This location used to be good but I guess they are under new management and they are totally different now. I called Sams & they are giving me a free tire rotation!! read more

I would warn anyone from bringing their vehicle here. The workers are constantly over selling. Service is not jiffy! It took over an hour for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Workers spend too much time yapping to do anything. I'm worried we will have leaks because the overall feel of this place is unprofessional. read more

Have been taking our 07 Explorer here for a long while. They've done the oil changes, minor issues, and also a couple of more major repairs like a wheel hub assembly. We've also quoted tires with them. The 07 has the 4.0 V-6 which is kind of infamous for having timing chain guides break. I found out from my mechanic buddy up at Culpepper Automotive (known him since he was a kid--and I was a kid) that it's purely the oil changes that are keeping that rear chain going. So I credit Jiffy Lube (and prayer) for about 100k of the 237k miles that are on this thing. Also, they've been really honest about repairs (like engine lights and things), saying what the issue is, how much it would cost and advising what's best for us, not what's most lucrative for them. My wife just came out of there and called me saying she was treated so well and helped so quickly, and they even found some $$ savings for her--and this was all just for an oil change, not a high-dollar visit. We have been going here for years, Chad has been helping us for years, and we will continue going here. read more

Used to live in Edmond and take my company truck here for routine oil changes. They were always nice and had me in and out in a "jiffy". After moving to Mustang, I've been looking for a replacement but nothing compares. The mechanics are always super helpful getting the enterprise fleet maintenance approved. Explained the difference between various kinds of oil options, went through pricing and everything, was friendly, and took great care of my car. This is a horrible horrible company / location. They are liars and they take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable about cars. They will tell you one price and as soon as the oil is out of the car they will tell you it's double the price. So so unprofessional and unacceptable. I truly wish I would have read the reviews about this rip-off joint before I was their latest mark. I was 1,000 miles overdue for my oil change and I knew that my air & cabin filters were filthy (I drive 100+ miles per day) and needed to be changed. I had a few minutes between appointments so I pulled in. The employee (I flat refuse to call them 'mechanics') told me that there was no waiting --my normal place (see my Firestone at 164th & Western review) couldn't get me in for almost a week, so I agreed to let them do it. The 'manager' comes in and asks me what oil, I tell him that it's a synthetic blend and he quotes me $79!!! I told him *%#* no, I'll wait for my place to have an opening. He then tells me that they've already pulled the oil plug and drained my old oil, essentially FORCING me to have to get an oil change -- but then tells me that he has a "coupon" that brings it down to $49 (still $15 higher than Firestone, but what choice do I have). A few minutes later another guy comes walking in and says that my auto maker suggests a fuel injection cleaner and the tires rotated. I asked what the cost for the fuel injection service is and he tells me $179!!!!! Oh but if I do it, he'll waive the $75 fee for rotating my tires (SMFH) obviously I told him to get bent. RIGHT THEN I should have asked what the cost of the filters would cost, but I'm already (beep)-ing mad about my car being held hostage, so I just get some work done. 10 minutes later, the manager comes out - I'm all ready to go and rings me up for a grand total of... $158 DOLLARS!!!! So in essence, I paid $100 for 2 $9 air filters!!! Needless to say, I'll be posting my review EVERYWHERE!! DO NOT, I REPEAT... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! Firestone has every product and labor cost PLAINLY POSTED in their lobby -- not these hustlers, it's like a used car dealership. NEVER will I EVER frequent their business again. read more

MECHANICS ARE IMBECILES. I know it is common procedure for the techs to take out your cabin and engine air filter to try to up-sell you on a replacement. I always politely decline bc it is one of the few things i can do on my own. Today after replacing my own i noticed they installed the cabin air filter upside down. If they are unable to complete this menial task i doubt they are capable of anything else. Taking my oil change business elsewhere. read more

So my college student got stuck at the intersection at 2nd and Blvd right by Jiffy Lube. Once we were able to get the car restarted we brought it straight to Jiffy Lube. Lance greeted us and helped calm my daughter down. Was kind and patient with us as he explained he would look over the vehicle then let us know what was going on. Within four minutes he called us over and showed us that it was a loose connector on the battery. Him and the crew tightened it up and didn't charge us a thing. I read some of the other reviews and I was surprised to see their experience. We even had them give her an oil change and they honored a $31 coupon not overcharging us. Don't waste your time or money. We pay close to $100 for an oil change everytime we come in here. Last time they left a cap off or a plug out not sure exactly but we leaked oil. Literally had to turn around and get it filled back up since it all leaked out. They offered a 50% the next oil change. What a joke. They should be giving us a free oil change at least. Will not be coming back here. They can't even do a task as simple as changing the oil. And they're way over priced. Save your money and time. Go else where read more

Sadly this place is the worst place in town. I took my car for an oil change, after 2 hours, I finally got the car back. The mechanics apparently did not clean their hands before touching the car. The fluids were not topped off as promised by the manager, neither did the technician check the trie pressure. On top of that I ended up paying $320 for a tune up. This location has the worst customer service. Went in today 9/11/2015 with a Groupon for a 'Signature Service Oil Change.' Showed the employee who met me at my car I had a Groupon. I then sat by the window so I could watch them work on my car. First the store manager, Thomas, tells me the basic Signature Oil Change uses oil that is "really low quality and doesn't meet any car maker's specs." He then tried to upsell me to more expensive oil - I declined - Thomas rolled his eyes. Thomas then showed me my air filter and told me I needed to replace it. I told him his price was too high and I could buy and replace the filter myself. To which he gave me a disgusted look and walked away mumbling some derogatory remark to his staff as he reentered the service bay. Thomas then told me my total was $45.31. I reminded him I had I Groupon. I then asked him why nobody checked my tire pressure, washed my windows nor vacuumed the interior of my car as was supposed to be covered with a Signature Oil Change. In fact, my receipt claims I 'declined' those services. Thomas said that is only covered with a Groupon and he didn't know I had a Groupon. I told him he was lying and that the Groupon has nothing to do with it. The $45 oil change (regardless of a Groupon) covers those add'l services - plus, I indeed had a Groupon. Thomas continued to argue. Thomas then said he'd pull my car back in and do those things. I told him I didn't want him or anyone else from Jiffy Lube to touch my car (kinda like complaining about food and then trusting the chef to remake it without spitting in it). I Told Thomas I would be sharing my experience with the corporate office. Thomas laughed and said it didn't matter because all those complaints just come back to him and he's the manager. I called Jiffy Lube Corp. at 800-344-6933 and filed a complaint. They also shared with me the franchisee's contact information: R&P Enterprises of Oklahoma. Mr. Rick Bell 316-262-5823. i also called the local number for R&P 405-942-8202. I filed a complaint with the Jiffy Lube corporate office and left a complaint/message for Mr. Bell and called the local number and spoke to another manager. Liars. Don't let your daughters and wives be scammed by this place!!! Our daughter recently went in for an oil change and they upsold her a "power steering fluid exchange" for $140 and a "fuel system flush" for $100. Both were unnecessary and, in our opinion, fraudulent and taking advantage of a young and insecure lady who has no idea what is required to maintain a car. Also, JL told her that her car was misfiring because a rat had gotten into the wiring and chewed it up. They wanted to charge her $500 to "repair the wiring" when, in fact, after her dad looked under the hood, it was simply a bird nest with eggs that just happened to be there. No wiring was damaged! The misfire was due to a faulty coil on a spark plug--a 5-minute fix!! Shame on JL! read more

Had my mom's Mercedes in there for an oil change..on the way home I notice a ton of smoke from the engine..i get home and notice a serious oil leak that did not exist before I took the car to Jiffy Lube. Was to sell this car and had people lined up to buy but that's on hold due to Jiffy Lube's incompetence and now I'll have to take it somewhere that can change oil effectively. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Great place and very nice guys. I started my car this am and lots of clattering. I had had an oil change done elsewhere 3 days ago. I checked the oil and it didn't even register (no dash light though). Coolant low as well. I slowly drove to the nearest jiffy lube. They got me right in. Diagnosed that the filter wasn't locked into position and was leaking oil. They fixed it, filled with oil, topped off coolant, and cleaned my windows! All in a timely manner which was wonderful as I was in my way to work! Highly recommend! read more

Had a groupon for here and went in for an oil change. Without informing, they added some bogus chemical in with the oil, charged over $30 for it, and refused to refund the charge since the chemical was already in the oil pan. Now I am out an extra $30 and have to get the oil changed properly. Don't go here they are dishonest. read more

I almost didn't come here since the reviews were so bad, but I had a coupon for a $30 oil change and tire rotation so I thought I'd take a chance. From the time I pulled in to the time I left was about 45 min so I feel like that's pretty good. It was about 4pm on a Wednesday. The person at the counter was friendly and the waiting area was comfy and clean. They even reset my car's oil life indicator for me. I'm glad I had a coupon though because I think you could end up paying a lot if you're not careful. read more

These people are shady and RUDE. We walked in with a coupon for a 19.99 oil change. After a normal wait time (we waited about 30 minutes for them to begin service on our car), we ended up being there for about 2 hours. For an oil change. Apparently the plug we had was stripped. My husband had one and they told us it wasn't "good". THEY offered to go to O'Reilly's down the street to get a good one. Came back and told us the one they got was 12 dollars. We sit there for another hour and no one is keeping us updated on what is taking so long for a routine oil change. After all is said and done, the guy rings us up NOT for coupon price (that we reminded them of 3 times beforehand) and doesn't even tell us he's doing that or why. We come back after reviewing the receipt and found out that they charged us 3 extra dollars on top of the 12 for the plug they purchased and told us the price of. No one offered us even an apology for the excessive amount of time we spent waiting. I will NEVER bring another vehicle here. Abhorrent customer service. OH. And I also forgot to say that in the 2 hours I spent there I watched one of the employees clean up trash from the bathroom with his bare hands, dump that trash into the trash can in the waiting room, go back out to the garage, then come back in and restocked the cups at the coffee bar all without washing his hands. So if for some terrible reason you find yourself doing business with these sleaze balls, at least do yourself a favor and don't drink anything because who knows what's on your cup. I originally went in for an oil change (first time customer) but i also ended up getting my breaks, rotors, & pads all fixed and replaced just for them to leave my car in a worse condition than i brought it in. ONE WEEK LATER my car was making a very loud knocking noise so i took it to my personal mechanic. The screws and bolts were missing and the pads had almost come all the way off. They did not tighten the break caliber when they did their "job." I could've easily wrecked because my breaks were on edge to not even being there. They did fix the problem but they were reluctant to do so. Terrible customer service. Terrible mechanics. read more

My daughter took her car in for an oil change and presented a coupon for the $21.99 signature oil change. They said okay and proceeded to change her oil. When finished, they presented her with a bill over $50. She asked about the coupon and they said they didn't realize she didn't want the upgraded oil and gave her a $10 "discount". So her final bill for the $21.99 oil change ended up costing $41. Way to take advantage of a 19 year old girl Jiffy Lube! HORRIBLE experience! Sent my son there today for oil change. He was the first in the door. Returned home and exchanged cars with his brother, so that he could drive to LA. Called five minutes later explaining there was a flat tire on vehicle. Went outside for first time to see oil on driveway where car was parked after returning from oil change. Went to assist son with tire change and determined the tire was cut on sidewall. Only reasonable explanation is that when service rep drove car onto rack/tracks he scraped or rubbed tire on side compromising tire. It held on until later when my other son picked it up to start drive to LA. Took car back to jiffy lube to express my concern and disappointment and have them check for leaks. Said they spilled a little when refilling oil and there is no leaks. Have vehicle at tire dealership for tire change and to check for oil leaks...... What a major disappointment and inconvenience this has caused today! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN!!! not even for an oil change! I had a Groupon for oil change and was getting ready for a trip. Asked them to rotate my tires and stupid me got sacked into changing some fluids. Let me tell you. On the way home my tire pops! Bad luck maybe... while it's being changed buy tells me 2 nuts are broken clean of from the rod that hold the wheel to the car. They just stupid k it back on one stuck the other is gone forever now on freeway. Thanks fully I have a spare . Same drive home another flat... 2 days later a 3rd .. I called jiffy lube and the kid goes "yeah i told them we shouldnt of done the rotation without getting tjat mud out first"... why wasnt i told this?! The answrr i dont know so i ask for manager and was told a Manger would get back to me ...every time... never did. The only time I got to talk to anyone they told me they wouldn't be responsible and hung up on me.. about a week and a half out and my truck freels off.. grinding when trying to switch from 2 wheel drive to 4 .. this isn't my first bad experience with jiffy lube either. But will for sure be my absolute last . Never ever again... you couldn't pay me to take my truck there . Doesn't even deserve a star read more

I had used these guys with a couple of different cars and was very happy. I went in with a coupon this store mailed to me for an $18 oil change. It was apparently a bait and switch. They did not have the shell oil listed on the coupon in a size 3 font. I planned on paying an up charge for better oil anyway. They would not honor the coupon and the same grade of oil change was going to be $54. I accepted the higher price after aggressive requests for a discount because i needed the work done and i had a tight schedule. They started the work and then told me that they could not even look at my radiator fluid without an additional $25 charge. I cussed them and complained about any additional dollars after spending $54 for the oil change which should added all fluids. I told them to finish the oil change and i left. I had to double check all the fluids and needed to address the radiator fluid since i did not trust these guys. They did not clean windshield, vacuum, check tires, and showed my radiator fluid as being normal, which was false. It was all i could do not to beat on these assholes. This may have been the worst customer service i have received in years and i left very concerned that they may have intentionally done something to my car for spite. I will be complaining to the company, bbb, and maybe local authorities. I am normally very laid back but this was a terrible experience. Avoid this location. 30 year customer across multiple states and locations. One star is too high a rating. read more
