do not go here do not sign up for a plan. I have been trying to cancel for four months. I've called and talked to managers. I've called and talked to owners. They swiped my card information to sign me up for the account, but the lazy employees didn't put any information so they just keep charging me every month and I've called in probably 20 times and they still charge me every monthbecause they know it's they're stealing money have been told about 10 different times it will be taken care of and here. I was just charged for the fourth month after I canceled it. if you look at the other reviews, they stole someone else's information too. opening fraud charges against them through the bank and also contacting a lawyer just makes me wonder how many people they're doing this too.... read more

Thanks for a great wash! I spent $12 and my poor old van looks really great! All the dirt, salt and sand from last week's snow storm is washed away. The attendants did a good job taping up my wipers and even my little snaps on the right bumper that are a bit loose. I think they spent extra time on the pre-wash because all the grime is gone! Sooo happy to have a clean vehicle. And thanks for the towel to dry off the mirrors and windows after the wash. So helpful! I even used it to wipe down the dash once it was a bit damp from the windows. Super service and I will be back! read more

Bought a membership....they would never activate it. I went to multiple locations who continued to apologize time and time again and promise it would work the next time. It still hasn't. I have attempted 6 times with no luck. Sent emails, and called and left multiple messages. No one ever calls you back to help you. They finally replied today to my email after days of no response. Mind you they took my money and still have not provided service. Of all the wash memberships in the metro, just save your time and look elsewhere. They aren't worth your money or time. read more

Stopped here while on a road trip, feels silly to write a review on a car wash place.. but oh boy it was a fun experience! We got a ton of add ons- our car wash $23 but it was really fun to go though with all the lights! They had "lava wax" which looked really cool on the car because they had a bright red light to make it looks like lava! The rest of the lights were really fun too! They also had an option to donate a dollar to the local food bank, with a big sign saying they were able to provide 170,000 meals in 2018 to hungry families! The car wash was also very efficient too- our car is very clean! They also have vacuums, and if you feel your car didn't get dried enough they also have air compressors with the vacuums so you can power dry any spots read more

Gentlemen, took my name and number and instead of calling and trying to sell the plans they just auto draft from you account and I didn't even give them my banking information. They stole the information from the bank card I used. Also, when call them or the home office it just rings or go to voicemail. Very discouraging and disappointing!! I went online at Christmas to purchase a gift card for a family member. I know for some that $100 is not a lot; but it is huge to me and after paying, I received a confirmation code but did not get the email that is required to pick up the gift card. After leaving several messages and emails, I still have not received what I paid for over a month ago. Evidently, this company is okay with stealing money from customers and has no regard for customer service. They have a phone # in place to ignore the customer. 405-793-3343. This business is real good about taking your money, and then ignoring you when you wish to cancel the service. In addition, the attendants are allowing the vehicles to get too close together. This is forcing drivers out of the car wash before they get full advantage of the dryers. The last time I went through the car wash, I could not see the headlights of the vehicle behind me because it was so close. So close in the fact the brushes of the car wash could not go between us properly, failing to clean my rear bumper. read more

I don't know how I am just now reviewing this place! This is my FAVORITE car wash in the area hands down. Always excellent service, always efficient, convenient location. I don't think I have ever had to wait very long to get into the wash, because they move pretty quickly. The workers always push my mirrors in and take off my radio antenna. This is literally located a block from my house, so it is a very convenient location for me. But, it is also in a nice and safe part of town so I don't have to worry about being on constant watch while I'm vacuuming. Oh did I mention the best part? FREE VACUUMS and FREE Car Mat cleaning tool. They have a ton of stations, so if I have ever had to wait for a vacuum spot, it was not very long at all: there is almost always a few open spots. Even though I buy the cheap wash, it still gets my car pretty clean. I don't really go mud-riding or anything though. read more

The attendants do NOT property presoak/wash your vehicle. I've had bug remains still on my truck after going through the wash multiple times now. I wish this location was like the one up in Edmond... they were the ones that got me to sign up for the monthly pass. This location needs to step it up. read more

When you go to a car wash to simply wash and vacuum your truck out and your car get hit by one of their employees cars according to the owner Steve the car wash is not wrong in anyway at all and they will not do anything to compensate you I highly recommend taking your car anywhere else besides this place and Steve does not care about customer service or making sure that everything is right. read more

I have used Okie since I arrived in Moore and have been very pleased with their service. Although today I was very disappointed in the gentleman's integrity who was working there. I noticed that the car in front of me left his 5 day clean car guarantee receipt, which is a free car wash when you buy a certain package. I pulled it and handed it to the attendant and told him it was the car in front of me, hoping that he would get it to him at the exit. They were not busy at all. And we also received a free towel because apparently that's what happens on Tuesdays! The wash was quick and convenient as it automatically rolls your car through. I really like this place. I went yesterday on a beautiful Saturday so granted there is going to be a line. Once I paid I'd say there were at least 7 cars in front of me to the start of the cleaning bay. I hit the bay within 6 minutes I'd say so not bad at all. I always get the 12 dollar wash and it gets my car super clean. I have yet to see any damage to my car from this car wash. I actually used the free vacuums this time. I typically do that at home. Anyhow, the vacuum I pulled up to didn't seem to be working as well as it should of been. Somebody had obviously used it to pick up big trash prior to me. A nice gentleman within 1 minute of me seeing the problem came up to inquire and fix it for me and he did. While he was fixing it I noticed their FREE mat cleaner. Super cool. Stick the car mat in and it comes out fully vacuumed. I was in awe. Anyhow, I frequent this place at least twice a month and I have no complaints. Thank you! read more

However, this time the car wash arm ripped her rear bumper almost off before the attendants stopped it. The manager, Jeff said the bumper was lose but it wasn't. Have gone here for years. Car mirror damaged in car wash by material wrapping around the mechanism. Automatic mirror will no longer operate. Ask for help getting the material out. Mgr. was rude and insulting. His way of not having to deal with customers. Have heard other stories but you don't realize how awful this fella is until you actually have to deal with him. I have been this to place multiple times. It was convenient to where I live and I liked the free vaccums. When they first opened the washes weren't bad. But the last 4 were horrible. My car hasn't been clean when I got it home at all. And this is a 2015 Impala that I have had for 4 months. It hasn't had time to accumulate much dirt or bugs. I always come home and clean it again. I started going to Boomerang who are much more professional and do a much better job. Today I was at Walmart and decided to just give Okie Express one more try. Fail again. This time I walked over and said something to one of the guys working. Went into the office thinking there might be a manager type. Hopefully the guy I spoke to was very low level. He actually told me that it wasn't their job to get my car clean. Seriously. Exact words. He asked what car wash gets your car clean. I listed at least 3 others in Edmond and he said that wasn't his problem and that I should go to another car wash if I wanted my car clean. At that point I just started laughing and walked out.
