There was still dirt on the door handles and on the trunk, mirrors were not wiped down, windshields were streaked like the sprayed the dash and didn't wipe the over spray off the windshield, the dashboard was streaked and parts still had dust on them. The wheels were not cleaned at all, had to have my son re-do them. On the third vehicle, I decided I would point out the areas that still needed attention, the attendant stated that although it wiped off easy, you had to pay extra to get that off...well that was not explained, guess I would have paid, to get the vehicle done correctly. I use to take our vehicles here when it was under the previous name and always had great results, used them for detailing and oil changes. I am now looking for a new place to take our vehicles, will not be going back.

I should've canceled my membership at that moment when they wanted to debate if their automated system offered me a lower price because it did not let me cancel after it sent me an email with a promotional price.

The guy at the front came out, looked at the damage, acknowledged it, and even had pictures taken of him pointing to the dent. He said he'd file a report but made it very clear that corporate decides everything and the location had no authority. Sure enough, corporate came back with the classic "that couldn't have happened here" excuse. Really? I was in the car detail business for 16 years -- I know damn well how this happened and how easy it is to damage a car with improper pressure washing technique. The cherry on top? The claims reps I had to deal with were rude, dismissive, and frankly seemed to have zero understanding of customer service -- or the industry they work in. They made it obvious their job isn't to help you, it's to shut you down. And yes, I've been burned by this place before. They stripped paint off my wife's brand-new car because they got too close with the pressure washer. They denied that too. Claimed "they couldn't find the film on the cameras." Total BS. Bottom line: This car wash operates at YOUR risk. They damage your car and deny everything. They don't train their staff properly, they don't own their mistakes, and they certainly don't value customers. Never again.

It's not my favorite place, but I'll continue to use them after long road trips. Manager is very friendly, and the office is clean. Lots of chairs to set in and a TV to watch. Gift certificates are available. I've given them as gifts before. It's about the only hand clean car wash in South OKC that I know of.
