Has to be the worst drive through wash I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Prep guy didn't bother to be thorough. Virtually zero rinse left soap all over it. The blow dry does little and water everywhere that dries into water spots. Pathetic. read more

I am new to Norman looked up on yelp to find the best car wash. Saw Zips rating so I thought I'd give it a try. Very disappointed in the way it came out it looks to have a decent rating but I have a big truck and it just came out mediocre. I noticed that traveling this year there is an insane amount of bugs. And most of them were still in the front of my truck and mirrors when it came out of the car wash so I'm just rating it three stars Hope you have better luck then I did. read more

I stopped by Zips car wash and had a little issue with the wash. After talking with the manager, I can honestly say she is one of the nicest people to deal with. I vacuumed a vehicle, wiped down the interior and sprayed armor all wheel cleaner on the wheels. Then, proceeded through the carwash costing $20. The wash did not clean the wheels, still filthy. The young lady said she would put it through again as a rewash, then her boss refused. He said using wheels cleaner.or cleaning the vehicle before the wash was not permitted. He claimed it would get.on later vehicles and equipment. I asked to see where these rules are.posted. They are not posted. There was dirt leaves, and trash throughout the carwash. I asked if customers whereokay with all that getting on their vehicles. He said we clean it.out at the end of the day. I pointed out that according to what he had previously said to be consistent it would need to be cleaned between each vehicle. He did not grasp the concept or contradiction in what he was claiming. I asked for a refund of $20 and they obliged. Will not return to this carwash, but will use the one down the street. read more

BEWARE! This car wash has deceptive employees working here. I came in for a simple basic car wash and was met at the self pay kiosk by one of the employees. He said today there was a special offer, premium car wash for 50% or something like that. I said no all I need is a basic wash so that I can use the vacuums. He says well it will cost you the same plus you get hot wax and stuff. I said sure and he proceeded to type on my kiosk and then I paid on the kiosk. When my receipt came out it says I had joined the recurring membership club and I was going to be charged each month!! I told the guy I didn't want that and he hadn't told me that's what he was making me purchase. When I asked to have it fixed his attitude completely flipped and was a jerk to me. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! read more

The car wash did a decent job. I really appreciate the vacuums and the cleaning spray and cloth towels that are available for free.

Asked the attendant if he could make sure they get the bugs off my window. He told me to point them out the the spray guy, but he wasn't paying attention. Went through wash and not one big was gone. Went into office and asked for a rerun or if they had a brush to clean window. They guy said they had wraps outside. Needless to say I would not recommend this place. Waste of $20. ZIPS is awesome! It's fast and efficient, the manager was working the pay booth and she was very nice. Love the free vacuums and towels!

They were double charging me. I asked for a refund for just the over charge. They wouldn't refund me. Terrible customer service.

Half the wash implements in the tunnel were not working as usual. The guy that was manning the wash by himself was busy smoking a joint with his buddy in a vacuum bay. I know pots "legal" now but still not a good look in front of customers... Zips Wash in OKC on Memorial and Bryant. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been trying to reach this company for a month to cancel the automatic renewal. They have a false phone number on their website. I have put ticket orders in and emailed them to cancel my account. Never any response besides the automatic email from the company. When I was finally able to make an account because their website didn't work correctly, I then found out my info was put in wrong by the employee. I did fix that and eventually was able to reach customer service my googling and getting a different number. I called and was told they could not refund any of my money because I didn't call them and speak with them in time. Are you kidding me?! I explained everything that went wrong on their side and she offered me a discount to keep the car wash after I explained I need food for my family, not a car wash. Ugh! read more

The windshield was still dirty after a wash, and there was no suction on the vacuums. I tried two different vacuums. Both of them SOUNDED very powerful, but neither of them had enough suction to notice much of a difference on my car floor. I'm giving three stars because the prices are pretty good, and the vacuum area is spacious and generally clean. read more

Be very careful. I went for a one time wash and they signed me up for a monthly membership I did not ask for and took money from my account. It's impossible to get anyone to cancel it. I tried calling and the person that is on the other side of the world can't find the membership. I sent an email and still don't have it resolved in over a week. This is theft. read more

LOVE paying one set fee, $14 per month and getting an RFID sticker where you just pull up for unlimited $15 washes and vacuums. Wash includes, water, soap, wax, spot free rinse, scrub rims and tires, tire dressing, and great vacuums that will literally suck a golf ball down!! Great savings for me as I usually clean the new Titan truck three or four times a month and I have a zips car wash near home, in Norman, in Edmond, and several more available in the metro and with the sticker I don't even have to roll down the window I just pull up, it reads the sticker, and the arm goes up and I pull in and it gets the truck spotless! I got the " better " level car wash ( my car was totally filthy it's been sooooo long since I've gotten an actual car wash so I'm very happy with the results - the free vacuums are great . Having a membership does make me weary on how easy cancelling it would be, here is my experience. I called in requesting cancellation and the representative who answered promptly stated he would be happy to help then he hung up before confirmation of completion. I called back and the system requests me to leave a message, which I did. Someone promptly returned my call and assured me the cancellation was made. The Car wash place itself is great along with the people who work there. Unless I'm charged next week I'm happy. Will add my car to the membership now that I got a feel of it on my son's car. read more

Disappointed to say the least. First, I was approached by guys telling me I'd get half off my wash if I filled out a card and I stated I DID NOT WANT A RECURRING MEMBERSHIP and the guys said that was fine and it wouldn't be..guess what? $35.99 charge on my card this month and no answer on phone or call back. When I went back THE SAME GUY told me I had to go online to cancel! I explained and he even asked if it was him that told me that and I said yes and he laughed!! Huge hassle so I kept for this month since they had a big sign saying ALWAYS OPEN. Saturday night they were closed and last night at 7:50 they were closed. Another customer and I went on to the vacuums and the girl inside proceeded to TURN OFF THE VACUUMS after the other customer started. NO EXPLANATION until a truckload of 4 guys pulled up and they walked tried to WALK BY US, NOT TO US, and the girl finally answered me that there was a mechanical issue. On the car wash? The vacuums? I've no idea. I told her she could have at least came out and explained. She said there was some violence before and she didn't want to. I'm a 5'4" woman and the other customer about the same....I get it but still call BS. She could have yelled it from the door since that's where we parked anyway. I have finally found a great carwash in Norman! This place is just right down the street from my house, which makes it super convenient and fun. They have actual brushes in the carwash (which I really like compared to "touchless" carwashes) as well as FREE vacuums and FREE blow drying after you get out of the wash. I love the fact that these things are free, because at other car washes, you end up spending an extra $3-5 on drying/vacuuming out your car. They have an attendant that guides you into the car wash & is always really friendly. Their prices vary depending on what kind of wash you want; so anywhere from $6 to $15 for the add-ons. I went with the $9 car wash & had no complaints with the quality or how well my car was washed. I highly recommend this car wash! read more

They did a ok job. I went to four other car wash station in the OKC area and they all came out told me either I needed to pre wash truck or pay them $1 per minute minimum 12-15 minutes to wash off the mud before driving through the wash drive thru. read more
