Took three cars (all new cars, only driven in town, yes they were grimy due to the weather/rain,…read morebut not anything extreme) here over the last two days, getting the ultimate wash ($35)...none of the cars were actually clean when finished, they were 75% clean, about what I could have got going through a $5 drive through wash and hand dried myself. There was still dirt on the door handles and on the trunk, mirrors were not wiped down, windshields were streaked like the sprayed the dash and didn't wipe the over spray off the windshield, the dashboard was streaked and parts still had dust on them. The wheels were not cleaned at all, had to have my son re-do them. On the third vehicle, I decided I would point out the areas that still needed attention, the attendant stated that although it wiped off easy, you had to pay extra to get that off...well that was not explained, guess I would have paid, to get the vehicle done correctly. I use to take our vehicles here when it was under the previous name and always had great results, used them for detailing and oil changes. I am now looking for a new place to take our vehicles, will not be going back.

Paid $210 for their interior detailing service and was very disappointed with the results. What I…read moregot was, at best, a half-hearted wipe-down and vacuum -- not the full interior detail and seat shampoo I paid for. There was still visible hair, dust, and debris on the seats afterward, which made no sense given they claimed the seats were vacuumed and shampooed. When I asked directly if the seats had been shampooed, I was told yes -- but they looked identical to how they came in. Honestly, I feel scammed. It was bizarre that after paying over $200, I had to go to another car wash afterward and thoroughly vacuum the seats and other areas myself just to finish the job they were supposed to have already done. I understand there's a no-refund policy once a service is "completed," but I don't believe this service was actually completed to any reasonable standard. The photos speak for themselves. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

Jeremy was very helpful in getting us a transmission quote. We did not use the service, because I…read morefound out I do have a warranty and the dealer is taking care of it. This business came highly recommended so I called them first. If I need anything in the future I definitely will use them. Thank you Jeremy!

Had my brakes lock up while driving on a Friday. Had my vehicle Towed there. Monday morning they…read moreevaluated it and sent me a link for repairs saying I need around $7k worth of work. When queried why the work needed to be done, they said it was based off of the mileage on the vehicle... not something they observed in the inspection. For example, they said I needed an oil change when the sticker in the windshield said it was current. Additionally, they said I needed rear shocks when they were in fact replaced two years ago. Again.. they said it was based off of mileage, not observed necessity. As for the reason I towed it there in the first place: they said they didn't know why it did that and would be happy to replace all discs and pads but would be fine with me driving it that day without the change... needless to say I can't trust them with the safety of my family so we had it towed to a different mechanic down the street. Again.. how could I trust their judgement when they couldn't find the problem, didn't know what caused it, and then they offer me thousands in repairs for issues they didn't even confirm I needed.. it's so sad they have as good of ratings as they do. I wasted money and time. Very disappointing Forgot to mention: they deleted the online quotes and diagnosis when we told them we'd be taking it somewhere else. Seemed worth mentioning Follow up: took my car to master tech for a second opinion. Dave looked it over and determined the following recommended services were NOT needed: rear brakes and discs are FINE and don't need to be changed (they said they were worn and needed to be replaced, he said they have more than enough pad left), water pump is fine and NOT leaking, it does not need to be changed ( they said it was leaking and even sent a picture with liquid on it) and finally, there is one strut leaking lightly but both shocks do NOT have to be replaced. Oh and the caliper they said didn't have any issues (the original problem I went in for because it got stuck and started smoking)... it needs to be rebuilt to be safe to drive on. Yall.. I cannot stress my disappointment enough in Christian brothers and their dishonesty. They were going to perform thousands of dollars in work for no reason other than to make a buck off of me. They took advantage of my bad situation. Single income family of 6 whose car broke down 45 minutes from home. Not to mention they were going to let me drive it with the issue unresolved! You don't care about people, you have no integrity and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Update from the day after: Jeremy reached out after I completed their customer satisfaction survey. He was very apologetic and wanted to hear what happened. He offered to reimburse us for our tow and genuinely cared about fixing the issue internally. From a manager/owners perspective I hope he's able to narrow down what happened and address it with his employees. that way this doesn't happen to anyone else. I have to keep the review and rating honest from my perspective so I won't be changing that but still felt like he wants to run an honest business and will not tolerate for deceit or dishonesty from His employees.

I am torn on Auto Valet. On the one hand, they generally do good work for the ares they wash…read more But, they tend to leave a certain area uncleaned every time. It's not the same area, but it's like they just can't get the entire car clean. For example, on my last trip, they failed to completely dust the instrument console. On the trip before that, the area around the gear shift in the center console wasn't wiped down at all. So, while the more expensive washes do last on the exterior (unless we get a bad rain), the car is never COMPLETELY cleaned. And, the higher end wash is $36, and I do not believe it is worth this charge. That being said, I keep coming back because it's near my house. The people are friendly and the facility is nice. There is a small waiting room, of course with various snacks and drinks you can purchase. If your car is going to be a long time, do what I do and walk over to La Baguette for a beer or 2. The bathrooms at Auto Valet are clean, as is the facility. I've certainly waited on a car wash in worse places. They usually aren't quick, even if there is not much of a line. And, if you purchase one of the more expensive washes, be prepared to wait at least an hour. As noted above, the results at this place are far from perfect. But, I will return, because 90% is better than nothing.

It's a little better than the gas station type $10 car wash but $33. It's better but not much. I…read moremight would come again because it's close. But expect to spend a bit more time when they are finished. If it were $20-$25 I'd say it's on point and good for what you pay.
