The problem lies with the owner he has an issue with my boyfriend who used to work there. They harassed him daily and eventually tried to say he was stealing from the store and wanted to walk him out in handcuffs, can you imagine. Take a look around the store my boyfriend Cody got tired of it and quit then so did Jessie, so did Nick, so did Sam, all of them good men and knew what they were talking about. They all got tired of the over controlling "boss" asshat "leader" and quit. Well that's the back story, my boyfriend comes in all the times working on multiple vehicles, he comes in to get a $5 fuse holder his melted in his truck so we go to pick one up as I'm getting off work from my job at Chickfila, I have a coffee and my vape in my hand, we go in I put my vape in my pocket and we walk to the isle and we find what we need we pay and walk out. The "boss" who cashed us out DID ask us if we needed fuses and boyfriend says "nope, we're fine got them at home" and walk out nothing to it. Well, my father in law calls us and says we're banned? "What why??" "They think you stole a thing of fuses?" "What???, What are you talking about" "yep that's all they said "don't come back because they said yall stole something?" "Excuse me what? We were in there for a whole 10 minutes why did no one walk up to us? That's a store full of men why wouldn't they would walk up and ask us to empty our pockets?" If he thinks I took something why did he take the time to cash us out? This behavior is unacceptable, ridiculous and unprofessional. I'm very sorry all your inventory is inaccurate, at any given time they will tell you they have something and you get there and "they can't seem to find it" "inventory isn't always accurate online" this that and the third. If you genuinely think that we took something you could've said something to us and not proceed to cash us at the register. Show me your cameras then you weirdo.

The night before Thanksgiving I realized I had a headlight out. I immediately began calling places…read morenearby to see if I could find any business near me who had a light that matched my vehicle in stock. To be honest, I called a competing business that I had preferred as my father always urged me to go there for quick car parts/tools. I had the worst experience during that phone call during my search for a headlight. Thankfully, on the way to this specific business, I had to pass this Autozone store. When I walked in, I saw two men at the counter who greeted me quickly with smiles. I began to ask what I was looking for but before I knew it, I was crying. I was so upset and shaken from the terrible phone call I had that I immediately expressed emotions without realizing. I quickly explained to the two men what had happened and that nothing they had done caused me to be upset. Before I realized it, they were quickly apologizing for my terrible encounter and explaining that they would have never treated me or anyone else that way. They moved quickly to help. Bryce B.- not only did he go out of his way to come check out my vehicle to make sure he was getting me the right headlights, he walked me back inside to educate me on selecting the best light for me and even expressed which he would like his wife, girlfriend, mother, or anyone near to him, the light he'd like for them to have on their cars. He even went the extra mile to ask if I drove at certain time or in certain areas to make sure I really had the best. After checking out, he walked me back outside to replace one headlight and then took the time to show me how to do the other so that I would never be in a situation that I wouldn't be able to do it on my own if needed. I truly can't express enough how thankful I am that I lucked out on stopping at this location. And that I was treated with the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Needless to say, I told my dad about what happened and he said we may need to make that store our top choice from here on out. And you know what- because of Bryce, I'll be sure to be back!

The night before Thanksgiving, I realized I had a headlight out and because se of the holiday and the many stops I had to make for multiple family stops, I knew I needed to take care of it right away. Once I called and explained my problem and asked if they had a light for my vehicle in stock, I was immediately given a chuckle and deep breath, as if to express annoyance. He then asked for my car details and he immediately cut me off before I could finish... Now I could go into detail about how this certain gentleman continued to cut me off, belittle me, express annoyance and show disrespect throughout the entire phone call I had with him but the details truly don't mean anything. Long story, short: A friend gave me a set of steps for my truck, because when he got them they had…read moreno hardware and he's too lazy to mess with it. I went to 4 Wheel Parts in Moore to see if there was even a slight chance that they could get me what I needed. It took the first dude about 15 seconds to find and order exactly what I needed from their distributor. He called me a couple of days later to let me know that I was good to go. I get the the brackets home and there is no hardware anywhere (not 4WP fault, it shipped straight from the manufacturer) so I called them up and let them know. Dude on the phone was like "We got you, bro" and just ordered another set, just like that. He called me 20 hours later to let me know they'd arrived. I go in this morning to grab the new box and the guy (different) says "Hey, let's save you a minute and make sure that you're getting what you need." He busts open the new box and, lo and behold, no hardware! (Again, this is from the manufacturer!) I was obviously disappointed, because I'd just paid $180 for these brackets, and I wasn't going to cry over $15 in hardware especially because it wasn't these folks' fault, but old boy wasn't having it. He read through the parts manifest in the box, went out to their shop and literally brought back, piece for piece, all of the hardware that was missing from the shipments and put it in my box. 4WP isn't the low cost leader by any stretch, but this kind of service is absolutely the reason that I'll use them just about any chance I get. They're just stupid smart when it comes to this stuff, they're friendly, and I promise you this dude didn't get paid extra to make sure I left feeling good about our transaction, but he sure as heII went out of his way, working on a Saturday, to make sure that I was able to complete my tasks without anymore setbacks. You can bet I'll be back.
