Terrible. I took my daughter's car to these guys for an oil change. As soon as she got back I noticed there was oil all over the driveway and the engine was almost out of oil. They forgot to tighten something up. I called them to tell them and they replied that that wasn't possible because they verify everything before it leaves their shop and I couldn't prove they did it. They said if I wanted them to reconsider I could pay to have it towed to them. The car is a 2 year old grand cherokee with 28k miles. Now I've got an oil slick in my driveway and a car I've got to fix myself. I'm not letting those Jake legs touch it again. I mean how hard is it to change oil! read more

I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. They did the standard, do you want your air filters replaced. I declined and the proceeds to put back the engine air filter but backwards. Well this caused the dirty side to be in the inside and caused the mass air sensor to go bad because of the debris that went in. My vehicle shut off in the middle of a light signal. The Nissan would turn on but not stay on. This was because the mass air filter was. My tow truck cost $125 and my repairs $620. I called to speak with a manager. He gave me the I'll call you back. Do not go here. They can't put back an air filter correctly. You can clearly see it was backwards. I'm still waiting for a call back. I should not be out $745 because of something they caused. read more

Went in for oil change, wipers and to change a brake light. They had me sign a estimate that was $107. I got the bill and it was $210. I asked the cashier Bryan to go over the receipt and he said I had to sign the bill first to print a receipt. Then the cashier never went over the receipt he just handed it to me. They told the light bulb was good and that it was a electrical issue. This is a company vehicle that is why I was having someone take care of it. The cashier said he didn't know what he was to do. I got home changed it my self. The bulb had a black spot frame where it burned out. There was another female customer in at the same time she was complaining to me about being there since 10:30 and it was 1:00. They tried to bs me about the bulb I can only imagine what they was trying to get her for. I would not go back there. read more

Apparently, I went on "Your tires need alignment" day. I went in for an oil change, fully expecting them to parade my cabin air filter in for my inspection and a "This is really bad, you need this replaced right now!" lecture. I know they always try to upsell you with crap you don't need. I sat, reading my book, and watched them come in and try to sell tire alignments to at least two other customers as I waited, and wondered to myself if they'd try it on me. When my turn came, I not only got the air filter parade (my air filter was not that dirty, and was only a few months old), but they also brought in a scary colorful sheet of paper with a diagram of a cars tires and numbers...but no indication that it was of MY car, and began to tell me that ALL of my tires were out of alignment. When I declined to have them aligned, the guy pretty much told me I would wreck my car. When I said I would take it elsewhere, I was asked "Do they even have an alignment machine? This is a $100K piece of equipment!" Um, yeah, it's a tire dealership, idiot. I would like to find an honest oil change place. These guys are not, in my opinion, honest. read more

My daughter went here to have an oil change and they told her she needed full synthetic on her small car. I came in a few minutes after she had arrived to pay for it and was very irritated that they told had already started on her car. I didn't want her taken advantage of and clearly they were already starting their series of up sales that left her confused. I stopped the sales talk and asked what this was going to cost. It was $75.00+ for a basic oil change using a synthetic oil that her car does not require. I told them that was ridiculous, that she is a single mother and a teacher. A few minutes later another guy comes in from the bay holding her air filters informing her that they needed replaced. The engine filter could had been replaced (it wasn't horrible) BUT her cabin filter had gravel and full sized leaves sticking out of the filter! I know where the cabin filters are and there is NO WAY the filter could have had full sized, dry leaves sticking straight up out of the filter when the slot they fit into are a slim, tight fit. I told him to shake that crap out and put those right back where he found them. These guys are a band of swindlers. My girl friend had her oil changed in her Ford F150 XLT by these guys and they charged her $180.00 for an oil change. I knew as soon as my daughter informed me she had gone there I went right there and got her out of there asap. NEVER go to this location. These guys are amazing! My wife and I were out of town and there weren't any gas stations nearby for us to air up her tires. Not only did they air up the tires, but David, Matthew and the entire staff were truly understanding and amazing in their service. My daughter is a sophomore at OU, her car was making a squeaking noise. thought she just needed power steering fluid so went to Jiffy Lube in Norman OK. They first told her the power steering fluid pump was out... $480. Then 3 hours later they told her the rack & pinion steering was bad, total of $1600. Decided to move vehicle to a less expensive shop. The real mechanic found it was a high pressure hose that has gone bad... $300. The guy at jiffy lube tried to convince me that I should leave it with them . Would have spent almost $2000 on a $300 fix. That is of course if they found the bad pressure hose. Otherwise it would have cost $1600 for a not fixed vehicle I hate to think they were taking advantage of a 19 year old girl who's parents are far away... also hate to think the mechanics are that bad. Either way we will not be back. read more

Sitting here getting my oil changed. Employee mentioned my fuel filter needs replaced. I agreed and now its been another 30 minutes. Now I am told another 10 minutes. So total been here 1-1/2 already. The reason we go to these type of places is that faster than the dealerships. Well I just might go back to the dealership. read more

If i could leave zero stars i would. Went to this jiffy lube to use a $10 oil change coupon from my car dealer. Ask the employee before pulling in if they would accept my coupon he went and asked and said yes they do. They pulled my car in took all the oil out then come back and said they do not accept the coupon. Ended up spending an extra $17 on an oil change all because no one can FREAKING READ. Do not go here. This place rules. Staff is super nice and yes they try to upsell you on things but theyre not pushy about it. Theyre just doing their job. The oil changes are fast and the facility is clean. Theres not much else to want in a quick oil change business. read more

This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube and is definately the last. They obviously teach their team to talk fast, pull you aside where no one else can listen to let you know the crap they supposedly found wrong with your car. They run the price way up and then give you a fake discount and try to make it sound like they are doing you a favor. Got home and had no wiper fluid, wasnt vacuumed. They left it running with the door hanging open when I went to pick it up. I didnt realize what a massive upsell business they are. They spend more time upselling than anything. I have always used the dealer and thought I could get a quick oil change today by using Jiffy Lube. This place deserves 0 stars. We took our vehicle for an oil change and it started making a noise almost immediately. Thinking it was the belt, we took it to a mechanic who found twice the normal amount of oil, meaning that the oil was never drained during the JL oil change. This caused damage to oil pump, and ultimately the engine because of no oil pressure. After speaking with the store, district, and regional managers JL refuses to cover the damage and has essentially told us that because they did not look at it before the mechanic, they cannot guarantee the warranty. Now we have a vehicle that does not run and will cost more to repair than it is worth on top of towing, rental cars, and diagnostic fees. Every mechanic I've talked to say never to get your oil changed at these types of places because they hear this kind of story all the time. Learn from our mistake. read more

In and out, 25 minutes for both our oil change and brake flush - late on a Saturday morning! They were completely honest with us - all but one of their recommendations came from manufacturers recommendations - except for the brake flush. They admitted our brakes looked great, almost as if we just had them done ( which we had) but the fluid wasn't flushed when they were done (which it wasn't) - and it needed it! Now my brakes don't feel like they need to be done again, and I didn't waste hours waiting on my vehicle to be done! read more

Jiffy Lube on 24th RUINED our new Subaru ( 16000 miles). DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! We went to Jiffy Lube to have our oil changed before our road trip home to Colorado. Jiffy Lube salesman ( service man) came and did the filter deal and also told us that we should have the fluid changed in the transmission. So - stupid us - we did. We did not make it 10 miles on the Interstate driving 70 miles per hour before the car blew up and quit. We were so lucky not to be in an accident. We had to be towed to the nearest Subaru dealer where after checking out the car informed us that Jiffy Lube had LIED about having to change the transmission, put the wrong fluid back in the transmission, stripped the differentials, and left the drive case empty. RUINED our car! We had to leave the car in OK, fly home, and now are hassling with Jiffy Lube. Save yourselves the trouble and go to a REAL car service. read more
