    There is now a huge gap in between the headlight and the front bumper. And the bumper attachment points are all broken now.

    Usually this place does good work so when i needed to have my ac compressor replaced i didnt hesitate to pay the $1400 and have it repaired here. However when i picked the car up i noticed my front bumper was hanging off and my headlight and front bumper are misaligned now. They said thats how the car came in. But im sure i would remember my front bumper hanging off l.

    Oh, It's a little drop that soaks up and makes it look bigger. Thanks desk clerk for your mechanical knowledge.

    Poor Mechanical and Management Experience record set ! Took my truck in for a basic oil change . Nothing more or less. Upon receiving my truck back from the service tech. Asked about the water spewing from the engine bay. Answer: Oh, I made a little oil spill and I cleaned it . No worries, right ? It gets better ! Took my Family around town unbeknownst from store's parking I was like ouch, someone had a nasty little leak?! Well, come to find out. The tech not only gave my engine bay an 0-40 oil bath . He didn't even tighten the oil drain plug that caused oil leaks around town but my 5 hour power washed driveway in conjunction with my trucks undercarriage has been streamlined oil splash art. Thank you very much for the Sloppy, sloppy and inexperienced service you provided!! Awesome!! Furthermore, adding insult too by injury. I returned to mitigate the problem for which low oil loss is obviously from an extremely important aspect of returning to adjust or repair. But Precision Auto isn't done with me yet!! After they said that they torqued the oil drain plug,"smh". I asked the clerk as the floor shop manager didn't even acknowledge my concern/ mild complaint and walked away without taking any initiative of the facts about the oil drain leak or possible damage that could cost them out of pocket expenses , "parts and labor." So now, I'm one on one with the front clerk as she is qualified to tell all their customers about their textbook mechanical concerns. I raised a common sense question about losing oil and replacing it at the right operating oil level ? She stated," Oh that is a little drop and when it touches concrete it expands and makes it look worse then it actually is ." Verbatim , ladies and gentlemen, verbatim ! But instead of topping off the oil . She asked if I wanted cleaner to clean my driveway. And that was the line in the sand for me and I wanted to share this as not only does their tech staff can't install a simple oil plug correctly. But hide behind fact of meeting the customer half way on resolving minor issues that began big concerns as the specs of any vehicle for long drives of possibly breakdown due to improper mechanical practices and experience. Thank you very much Precision Auto for given me the opportunity of this detailed negative experience . As I've look upon your review history. 2019 was a good year. New / Bad Management must of been the 2020 hindsight for a financially prosperous year.

Got that came back and then after a few minutes under the car comes back and says the plug is stripped. Was told that they tightened it the best they could and to call customer service number so they could fix it. We do that and the customer rep is horrible and kept trying to get me to call the valvoline that did it last. He said he was escalating the case to urgent and that someone would call me to get it fixed so we could drive it home as we're traveling and 400 miles from home. No one from valvoline ever called me again. About an hour later we go to get something to eat, came back out after 30 mins and there's a dinner plate sized puddle of oil under the car. So I knew we couldn't drive it back home Found a mechanic on our own who got us in and all they had to do was insert a new drain plug and it tightened up fine. Horrible experience and like I said , will never go to another valvoline ever again.

They also do the more difficult repairs, one of my cars had a water pump, timing chain, and heads resurfaced. Another car shocks and struts and other steering components all replaced and aligned. Drew and the crew took great care of me! This Veteran owned and run shop, fast, honest, my go-to shop for all of my automotive services and repair. ****Update*** Also wanted to mention the vehicle inspection report, it was so comprehensive, they included both pictures and Videos as a part of inspection, not only do they tell you what is a concern they list it in level of priory. and the pictures are great, shows real accountability, and not just "take my word for it". I have been taking my cars and referring my friends to this shop for years now. I personally have never had any issues with any work I've had done on my vehicles or my family vehicles.

    Got Alignment and full brake service (rotors, pads,brake flush) as part of maintenance, nothing…read morewrong with car and still had some break pad to go: back 4 front 5.: Initially was impressed with the alignment even though they charge $$$$$$, decided to have them do a break job. I got the car back and noticed the front end felt weighted down and breaks where not as responsive, readjusted tire pressure, gave it a day but couldn't get over how the ride just went to hell in a handbag and felt like someone slapped on two 10 ton bricks on the front. Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory. I thought you get what you pay for but with Car Experts you pay more for less. Wish I would have just gone to a dealership, could have saved money and probably got better parts and service. Now I have to figure out what they messed up, thoroughly dissatisfied.

They had my car for 2 days and did all they could do to fix the CEL. However, BMW was not supportive in supplementing information on how to fix their specialty issue. I called/ they called me 7 times over 2 days with updates and I spoke to Tammy, and a couple of guys and they were all so helpful. They really wanted to help and eager to but sadly it did not work out. I picked up my car and they comped the diagnostic fee for the trouble. They were super nice and helpful. As far as my situation- Carmax is sending my car to a BMW dealership next at their expense.

I came in for what was clearly explained as a basic service--nothing fancy, nothing complicated, something that takes most shops less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee. I was told it would be "about 30-45 minutes." Reader, I should have known right then that I had entered a realm where time does not exist. Nearly three hours later, my car was finally returned to me, and not a single apology was offered. Just a casual "You're good to go" like I hadn't aged a full presidential term in the waiting area. Speaking of the waiting area--if you enjoy broken chairs, outdated magazines from an era when gas was under $2, and the constant aroma of burnt oil mixed with despair, this is the place for you. The TV was on, but muted, which somehow made the entire experience feel more uncomfortable. A bold choice. Now let's talk about communication, or rather, the complete lack of it. No updates. No explanations. No courtesy check-ins. I had to walk up to the counter twice just to confirm my car hadn't been sold for parts or driven across state lines. Each time I was met with a look that suggested I was personally inconveniencing the staff by asking about my own vehicle. When I finally received the bill, it was significantly higher than what I was quoted. When I questioned it, I was given a vague explanation involving "shop supplies" and "extra labor," neither of which were discussed beforehand. Apparently, transparency is an optional add-on here. To top it all off, when I got into my car, the service reminder hadn't even been reset, there were greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel, and the original issue I came in for felt... unchanged. It's almost impressive to charge that much money while accomplishing so little. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and genuinely confused as to how this place is still in business. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of automotive service facilities that understand basic concepts like communication, honesty, and respect for customers. This just isn't one of them. I won't be returning--and I recommend you don't either.
