The extra services are a little pricey. The gentleman checking me out after car was finished I felt didnt want to answer any of my questions he seemed uninterested. Customer services sucks in Yukon and there mechanics are not educated enough and they recommend stuff that is really not needed they like to argue with the customer and they do not warranty their work found this out recently also we have spent a lot of money with the north may location needed tires and left a call back number never received a call to see if our tires had come in called again to speak to manager never got a call back we will not be using Hibdon Tires anymore or will I recommend there services to anyone. read more

I would highly not encourage ANYONE to go to the Hibdons in Yukon. In the past four months they have managed to ruin my whole motor because they put a filter meant for a small Chevy on my V8 engine Jeep. They refused to help me fix it and then their claims department quit literally just ghosted me. Legal action is what I am having to take now as my car hasn't ran for THREE months. And the past four mechanics I've talked too aside from Hibdons, have warned me it may not be worth fixing because there's no telling how ruined my motor is. They have now messed up my roommates AC. She has had her car with no a/c issues for five years, it started acting as if it was going out just from the years and ware and tear. She takes it to them to fix. Pays 800 dollars to fix it and two months later it has completely gone out. Won't even turn on. Which is a worse condition then when she took it as her air was still working before just not as powerful. They do not seem to care to do their job or know how to do it. They do not care about messing up your car or working with you to fix it. Terrible establishment and worse mechanics with terrible attitudes. read more

Legitimately witnessed extreme racism while I was sitting in the lobby. There were 3 employees that just completely ignored a person of another race, who was waiting at the counter. Didn't make eye contact, and ended up helping people who came in after. She ended up sitting down, and calling, to see if her car was ready. The poor girl was in tears. It's 2024, people. Do better. I've used this store for several years (tires, oil changes, etc). I had an undercarriage shield break off under my car the other day and part of the skid plate was left hanging after I tore off the big piece. The skid plate would bang against the frame when I reached a certain speed (wind pressure) so I called Hibdons and asked if they would look at it on a lift since I had no way to do that myself. They said just bring it by and they'd check it out. I got my car there and apparently a couple of bolts were missing. They fixed it with new bolts and didn't charge me ANYTHING! Took my truck to get 4 new tires 10/1 Was quoted $1265 out the door over the phone. It was a Sunday and i had to drive back home to Lubbock that night so it worked great. When I get to the location the desk person quoted me $1485 for the same tires, hesitantly I agreed. I dropped my truck off before church at 10am. I called at 230pm and the person on the phone said my truck was next up. 545 i get a call that my truck was done.. I pick up the truck and it has a tpms not working light. I call. The person said "drive it for 20 miles to calibrate it". I did, nothing. I look online and see they need to be calibrated. The next weekend I drive to Yukon from Lubbock to get the sensors calibrated. I explain to the self-proclaimed "manager" that my TPMS wasnt calibrated and my tires feel underinflated. He looks at a tech and tells him "go calibrate that tpms real quick" this was 10am and I was headed to church and explained id be back in a couple hours. I call at 1145 and the same guy said "yea we are heading out now to do it" I stop by the store at 2pm. They cant seem to find my keys or the ticket. I look out the side window and i see a tech and the "manager" heading to my truck with a calibration tool. I approached them and explained that this was a come back and asked why the tech didnt do it the two other times the "manager" said he was. The "manager" denied ever telling him to do it or telling me on the phone they were doing it. During this exchange we find out one of the tpms sensors was broken in the process of them mounting the tires. I noticed on the calibration tool that every single tire was underinflated. The manager began to explain that it was "a colder day and hes seen tpms sensor batteries die and he couldnt help because it was too late in the day. So AGAIN i drive back to lubbock with no traction control, no tpms, and underinflated tires. I file a complaint with their 1800 number. A few days later Rick calls and explains that kid isnt a manager and next time im in town he wants to be there to watch them fix my truck. Last weekend I called the store to tell them i was in town and i needed my truck fixed. The employee was helpful but explained he would be in a lot of trouble if he called rick or gave me rivks number. Which was strange to me being a manager of a business. He gave me ricks number. I called several times and left texts. 0 response to date. I called the 1800 number yet again and was told that this complaint was elevated and i would be contacted in 24 hours. Its been over a week and no contact. Ive never had a worse experience in 20 years of buying tires. read more

I'd like to give 1 star but they were atleast nice. I took my truck in to have some noise from the front end looked at. They soon called and some come pick it up we couldn't find anything wrong with it. So I took my truck home and went to take a look myself this is what I found. They broke 1 of the 6 lugs to hold on the driver wheel, 4 of the others weren't even finger tight, and the only one holding the wheel on was cross threaded and broke the lug when I tried to take it off. I confronted the manger and tech, they told me they didn't even take off the wheel. So I dropped it off and you didn't even look? Took my wife's Tahoe in for a new set of tires, took almost 5 hours to have 4 tires installed. I watched the technician literally mount a tire then walk away and disappear for awhile. If it wasn't for the guy behind the counter doing his best I probably wouldn't have ever gone back. (UPDATE) new tires got a screw in one of them so I took it back to get it fixed and was told that it would be 3.5 hours due to them being busy. 5 hours later I called to check on it. The girl behind the counter yet got my vehicle mixed up with someone else's and I finally spoke to the young man again. He informed me that it hadn't been brought in yet and I told him," you said 3.5 hours and that was before lunch" he replied that he was sorry and he would pull it in personally and get it taken care of. Then they quoted me $238 for labor on replacing a $5 lug nut stud, which took me (without any proper tools) less than 45 mins to replace. Then spent 2.5 hours waiting with our infant in shop before they even got our car back. Then after 3 hours they said they didn't have the tires we needed. I bought a car through Carvana and the tires were TRASH. I went through Carvana's warranty company and they didn't want to cover them. Hibdon Tires was on the phone with them forever and got my claim approved for me! They really pushed the warranty company to cover the price of my tires. Horrible!! my husband took his truck in to get a maintenance oil change and left with oil leaking all over our garage. Brought it back and they said the oil pan had to be replaced?! Told us it was on the receipt. 1) have the courtesy to call us and see if we want it changed or at least go over the things that need to be replace when we pick up the damn truck. I know this place damaged our truck while trying to do a simple oil change. Now they want to charge us $600 to replace the oil pan! This place and the one in Mustang are terrible. They don't have nitrogen anymore. That is a lot of customers that aren't able to fill their tires with nitrogen now. You service millions of people a year I'm sure and that is very unfortunate. We used to go here for all our oil changes and car problems. A couple years ago they messed up replacing a belt and then every time we'd ask about it, we would get a different answer. They wait until it's dangerous to drive before they mention anything with your brakes, even if you ask. We decided to give them another chance and when we picked up my wife's car after spending 1100$ getting it fixed, they had somehow broken a side piece inside the drivers side door. I made an appointment online on Tuesday for a Friday at 11:00. Never heard anything either way even though it says they will reach out to you if your appointment needs to be changed in the email. I plan my whole day around this appointment show up at 11:00 and am told by the man at the front desk that my appointment was never confirmed because it was already filled. I asked way I was never contacted like it said I should and the man at the desk responded by saying "does it look like I have time to respond to every single message we get, you can drop it off and we will get to it when we get to it". The whole situation was awful, if you don't have time to set up an appointment with me how can I trust you with my truck? On Wednesday we scheduled an appointment online for an oil change (Reservation #149536467) to come in Saturday morning at 9:30AM in preparation of an 8 hour road trip. Woke up to a email received at 7:53AM on the day of our appointment apologizing for "Scheduling complications", and that our reservation had been canceled. We contacted the store right away and were told that all of their morning time slots were booked, with a single time slot available late afternoon that does not fit into our already planned day. When asking how the reservation was canceled, we were told that the online system did not take into account what the store schedules themselves. Now we are scrambling to find a place last minute to have work done we thought we had covered. Very frustrating and disappointing. read more

The Yukon shop is the best one in my experiences with a few of their other locations. They had me in and out with my oil change appointment within 30 minutes. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The tech forgot to top off my tire pressure as requested but I am sure they were just busy. read more

Here's the deal... They're really just about the only decent full-service, auto repair / tire shop, in this rapidly growing little city, especially on the weekend. So, they are always super, super busy. In regards to simple services, like an oil change, wheel alignment or tire repair, if you can make an appointment, you might be out in 2-3 hours. If you don't have an appointment, you'll have to wait 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, for even the simplest service. They do good work but, if you can't leave your vehicle for a day, it's worth your time to just find someplace in OKC, or hit up a quick-lube type of place, during the week. In regards to their customer service, they are always friendly and honest, even telling you that you're in for a LOOOOOOONG wait. Great service... horrible wait times. Someone could make a killing in Yukon if they could open up a HUGE service shop. read more

Made an appointment to get 2 new tires on a Saturday. It only took about an hour which I thought was very reasonable considering they also had to align my tires. When I made my appointment online, I received a personal phone call approximately 15 minutes later asking what tires I was wanting. This got things done so much quicker than over email or something else and made sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and was patient with me since I didn't know much about what I was supposed to do. On several occasions, I've been charged ZERO for routine services that I normally expected to pay for. They will rotate tires for free and fix flats for free. We will never be back here again. We dropped our car off at 9am for an alignment and tire rotation. They told us an hour and half, so we left to run errands. Two hours later they called and told us we needed to new tires and we explained we could not do it today and they said okay we will get the tires back on and get you your vehicle. Well two more hours go by and we are still in the waiting room waiting on our car. The manager finally went to go work on it after we complained once and it still took another hour. I have bought tires from Hibdon's twice now. I have also always taken my vehicle there for balance and rotation. The management has changed a lot lately and the service is awful. My family and I were getting ready for a long road trip and had the tires on our Tahoe rotated and balanced. We left the very next morning for our trip. There was a vibration in the steering wheel, worse than before we had them rotated and balanced. When we got to our destination, we had a shop check the balance and they were off extremely bad. When we returned home from our trip, we had a nail in our tire. Took it to Hibdon's and dropped it off. They said it would take less than an hour. An hour later they hadn't even pulled our truck back. Then after they finally checked it out, they proceed to tell us the tire could not be patched (which it wasn't even close to the sidewall). We left there and took to another shop and had patched in 15 mins. I do not recommend this Hibdon's. read more
