I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience and thought why not. I'm always worried when it comes to taking my car in for any kind of service especially with being a female. I took my car in because it was shaking once I hit a certain speed. I worked with Scott and he walked me around my car letting me know what he saw and why he thought my car was shaking. I ended up needing new tires because my tires were from 2019-2020 and the tread was really low and one tire was starting to split. Scott walked me through making the best choice for me. During my lunch today I am Getty to new rear tires at discount tires, they noticed I had a nail in one of my front tires and they were worn as well. I told them I couldn't get the fronts done until the end of the month. They called me back and said they were going to replace the front tires for free because my safety was important. I have had similar service from discount in the past. This is old school customer service, you have a customer for life now. The valve stem on one of my tires was damaged and my tire was leaking air so I needed it fixed ASAP. I called this location around 8:30am and was able to get an appointment for 11:30am the same day. I arrived around 11:15am and the mechanics promptly got me into one of their bays. They were very kind and knowledgeable and replaced the valve stem in under 35 minutes and for free, too! Seating inside is limited so I walked to the Starbucks next door and waited there instead. They send text messages as well as a tracking link to see where you are in the queue and when they're done with your car. Would recommend 10 stars for this location if I could! read more

As with all my other experiences at Discount Tire it was great. The only downside with this location is access with our 32ft travel trailer was a challenge. I would not recommend going into their lot. Had a valve stem that went bad on the trailer. I have their road hazard so they fixed it at no cost. I have been using discount tire for about 5 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Prices are reasonable, they keep you on their system so you know what you have had done in the pat, and they are friendly. On top of that, their Yukon location seems to be almost brand new (I don't know how long it's been around). I wish they opened on Sunday like some Hibdon tire locations. read more

If I could give this Discount Tires 10 stars, I would!! We were getting on the road to Albuquerque from Oklahoma City a few weeks ago when we noticed a large gash in our front passenger side tire. We did a quick Yelp search - looking for guidance on the need for tire replacement as we had no tire pressure warnings but had many miles ahead. The people at this Discount Tires location couldn't have been more helpful. They got us in immediately. They quickly assessed the tire, explained why replacement was highly recommended and then replaced our tire, all within 45 minutes and while taking care to ensure our safety and comfort related to covid. (They had us pull our car in and out of the work area and we're masked up inside.) Great place here. I've never heard of any other car places that do free tire pressure checks AND tire rotations! Every worker I've met has been extremely kind and courteous. I think they take appointments but every time I've been here, they said they weren't too busy and told me to just come in. For the tire pressure visit, I waited in the car and they quickly checked my pressure and filled up the tires. I was out of there within 5 minutes. For my tire rotation today, I was really amazed to hear that they do it for free. Another similar business does it for $35 and I was about to do that before deciding to try Discount Tire. I called and the associate on the phone said they weren't too busy and that I could come in at that time. I headed there after the call and got there within 15 minutes. They were definitely busy as I even heard an employee say that to one of the customers so I was a little confused as to why they said it was a good time. My only guess is that they're constantly busy, so at the time I called (around 11:30am) maybe it was less busy? Left a lug nut off a wheel. I had to tell him which wheel because he didn't see it. He found the nut three feet away under debris. Apparently, it wasn't important enough to him to search that hard and hoped I wouldn't notice or object. The hub caps were installed incorrectly, also. They were very polite and respectful, though. I called to make an appointment just to have my tires rotated. They asked me when could I be there. I explained I was an hour away. So we set the appointment for 1hr and 15 min. I arrived at the time I said that I would be there. They went out and looked at my truck and tried to sell me a new spare. Then said that I would be out the door at 10am. I did not think it would take that long so I said okay. My truck went into the bay so they could get started after I complained about the fact that my truck was still not in the bay. That was 9:35. They gave me an excuse of why it was taking so long. I asked what was the point of the appointment if they were just going to work me in. My truck was finished at 9:45. Had a flat tire while driving one night. Went to discount tire next day around 10am. They were packed with people and no one likes to wait. I walk up to the front counter and tell the person my deal. Took my truck in on 12/4/19 for new tires. I noticed 12/5/19 that one hubcap was missing. I thought they may have forgot to install it so I went back and checked. They said they didn't have it and we're sorry. The hubcap was never installed properly or it wouldn't of fell off, after all the other three were fine. I guess I'll go buy a new set. I'm just concerned if they have issues with install hubcaps properly what about the tires? We'll have to update this post. Set an appointment for rotate and balance of my other vehicle for the next day. I walked in with a customer who didn't have an appointment. When they waiting on me I told them I had an appointment scheduled he checked out my vehicle and told me it would be an hour. Discount tire is the best place to get your tires and wheels hands down. I have been to multiple locations and always received the same great service. I stopped calling around after finding they were always the cheapest. Sometimes by only a few dollars and sometimes by quite a bit but always the cheapest. We started coming to discount years ago when I happened to stumble across them in a desperate time of need after getting a flat. Not only did they fix the tire that I didn't buy from them free of charge but they didn't even try to sell me anything or tell me my tires were bad and try to push product on me. Just thanked me and sent me on my way. So rare to find that anymore. I never feel like they are trying to push repairs or purchases that you don't need. More often than not they are going out of the way to find you discounts and save you money. They send you friendly reminders via email when it's time to have your tires rotated and to check pressure.
