I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

I mother over them, keeping them clean, well-maintained. Lots of love for their interiors, exteriors, and especially all the stuff under the hood. My beloved husband, not so much. I got in his car the other day to run a quick errand and I was aghast! It was horrible. Trashed inside and out, and in need of an oil change. So I found myself at Kwik Kar. These guys were great; I was in and out in about 25 minutes, and all in it was around $90 (synthetic oil, new filter, etc), Volkswagens are a little needy. I'm not sure they're all wearing masks, but when they saw my mask, the guy masked up for me, which I appreciated. The only thing I would change: there was no hand sanitizer in the lobby. I usually keep one in my purse but I was out. I was squirming knowing I'd touched several surfaces and did not have any sanitizer!! Of course, I'll be back soon because now I need to handle my own oil change. I guess maybe as my husband and I continue to upset the apple cart that is traditional gender roles in our marriage, I'll be the one handling car maintenance and upkeep. If Kwik Kar is always this easy, I'm happy to trade car stuff for grocery shopping!

I came here and they checked my car and told me I had no oil leak and didn't charge me to give me that information.
