Very easy experience. The location is a little difficult as its tucked in a small strip mall but close to the main road. Great customer service and friendly to match. Prices are right about where they should be especially when you're dealing with imports. They're knowledgable and willing to help where they can. So basically this is the best shop to take your bmw in okc hands down. They fixed the weirdest thing that crippled my car; the engine somehow had a little timing jump that made it go into limp mode and then it wouldn't start. The shop is very knowledgeable with the very complicated engines and knew exactly how to correct it; the car runs now and I'm a very happy customer it was a problem a normal mechanic could never figure out. I am going to take my car back in for a coolant flush next week and I completely trust them. Definitely the place to take your bmw for those complicated problems or something you just don't want to deal with and then I will take it back in for a oil pan gasket. After reading around I decided to bring my 2007 Mini Cooper S in to get a thermostat housing replacement. The dealer wanted $500 and even told me that it was a turbo issue so they could tack on another $1200. I brought the part to these guys and they had my car out very quickly. Then my sensor crapped out and Mical responded after the shop was closed and asked me to bring the car in so he could switch it out. Don't bring your car anywhere else! We took our SUV to a dealer and was told it had a small leak between the motor and the transmission. They were going to have to take the transmission out to see the problem. It was going to be an outrageous amount to remove the transmission. We brought it to Edmond Motorwerks and they were able to look at the vehicle without taking the transmission out and told us there was no leak! Great guys and exceptional service. What I love about this place is that the waiting room is the garage and you can see the mechanic working on your car... It's homy... Brought my 335i in for a trip check since I'm driving 1300miles home... They brought the car right in, put it on the lift and did what I'd consider to be a thorough inspection of my vehicle. No problems noted, thank gawd. Tipped my mechanic and bounced. After all the bad reviews about the local BMW dealer I opted to come here and I'm really glad I did. Lesson Learned: I had a service light on my BMW 5 Series. The dealership was backed up 30 days. I took it to Edmond Moterwerks and they replaced a part....Not an inexpensive part. A few months later I had the same service light come on. Motorwerks told me I would need to take it to the dealership for repair. I took it to Jackie Cooper Dealership. They found and fixed the problem. The part which Motorwerks charged me to replace was not at fault. The moral of this story is: the dealership maybe a little more expensive (not much) but they have the skilled technicians and equipment to find and fix the problem, and more importantly, they stand behind their work. Motorwerks did not stand behind their work. If the owner of Motorwerks (Mr. George) responds to the review, it will be the only time he has concerned himself with this issue. I called his shop three times during a two week period before I took my car to Jackie Cooper. He was always too busy to come to the phone or return my calls. read more

Got my clutch replaced for the low and customer service was an A++; hands down! Revisited shop for gearbox sign illuminated, Michael hooked up computer, it was a smg pump relay switch need replacing, he didn't charge for labor! Michael rocks! Edmond Motorwerks recently did work on my BMW535i. When I picked up the vehicle several parts were loose, bolts missing, the paintwork was damaged, etc. My instructions along with the work to be done was to check for anything that needed to be fixed or replaced. There excuse was the parts were missing when the car was delivered. They were not missing, but if they were, they were told to address anything that was not correct. read more
