Heath is the friendliest guy I could've asked for to help us fix our car! We had some strange noises after getting our tires rotated and he happily test drove it and spent extra time in his day to help us resolve the problem! Thank you Heath we appreciate you! 10 stars! read more

Have been a Discount Tire customer for a few years. I really appreciate the ability to order tires (online) and schedule an appointment. However, appointment check-in needs to be improved. When I arrived (Sat morning) 15-minutes in advance of my appointment the line was almost out the door. Add the number of customer phone calls being taken by the three red shirts and the trips outside with customers, I wasn't able to check-in for my appointment until 10-minutes AFTER my appointment time. Why not add a kiosk or streamline the appointment check in? I made an appointment so I don't sit for hours in the waiting area. Now I sit... read more

We got a puncture in our car during a road trip, and I quickly searched for Discount Tire on the GPS since I'd used them before. It was just 5 miles away, but I was so worried and frantic. When I arrived, a friendly face greeted me, clearly understanding my stress. He promptly checked the tire and assured me they'd repair it. Their kindness and efficiency were such a blessing--we were back on the road in under 30 minutes. Thank you! read more

I got a full set of tires from here a year or two ago. Recently, I somehow got a comically gigantic nail in my tire. Luckily, I had paid for warranty on all four tires! The nail came out while I was on the way up there and had to pull over on the highway because my tire got dead flat, and I was only like 3 miles away (so close)! Called a family member to help me take it up there. They said it wasn't patchable but thanks to the warranty, they gave me a new tire no problem! Mikey was the guy helping me at the counter and Shawn loaded the new tire in the back of my family member's pickup. Both were super professional and friendly! Definitely choose Discount Tires for your tire needs because they offer a generous warranty and honor it full stop. I Will be a lifelong customer! read more

I appreciate the staff at this location who helped me with repairing a tire and then also a new set of tires. They are professional and if you make an appointment the work is done timely. read more

Always see 5 techs laughing in 1 bay, none working in the others. Manager is understanding, but this is twice now I've come to a simple tire rotation appointment and not had it even touched until hours later while I'm sitting in store. read more

I needed new tires and the dealership suggested I head here so I did! Elliot was super kind and helpful when I called to see if the tire size I needed was in stock and super helpful when I arrived. He educated me on the pros and cons of changing my tire size, searched for available discounts, and helped me to make the best choice for me and my vehicle. He quoted me a wait time and what would you know it was pretty accurate. The staff was kind, the lobby was clean, and my tires were a lot cheaper than they would have been at the dealership. Safe to say it was a 10/10 experience. read more

Okay, I really feel bad that I have to leave an update. I had them get my old wheels boxed up in some wheel boxes they found, since they threw mine away, and I opened the boxes to package them up to sell to someone and I noticed one of my center caps wasn't even in the box. So they either broke it and threw it away or lost it. Either way it sucks because I now have to cover the cost of a new one. read more

I've been to this location 3 times and twice to get air in my tire. In the only one here to get air in my tire and I've had to wait longer than 5min-10min for service. They got me in and out fast! I ordered my tires online and they even called me in a few days early because they had openings. I was in and out getting new tires and a sensor in 20 minutes. Nice place to work too and good wifi. read more

If you're looking for those Midwestern Values where you're treated with respect and greeted by kind folks, you really should check out Discount Tire. I had a sensor tell me of a tire pressure issue. I also noticed a different tire with a slow leak... the sensor didn't catch it till it was too late. I got it inflated and came back the next day first thing in the morning. They found the screw I caught. It was removed snd patched. Also, I had them check all the other tires just to be safe. They also reset the sensor in the car, which resolved that issue... best of all, they explained how the sensor tripped in the first place. No charge! I was in and out quickly! I was informed that for a simple fix like this, there was no charge. They're fast, kind, friendly, informative, and didn't once try to up-sell me on anything! Zero stars. 2:15 appointment for tire rotation. Currently 2:57 with no open bays. Had a similar experience last month but "only" waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to get in a bay. I'm guessing it will be another 45 minutes before I get my car in a bay. What! I got a bay! Only 45 minutes late! Now I'm giving a star! read more

Discount Tire - Corporate Store No. 6 400 Couch Drive Edmond, OK 73013 Conviently located off of Broadway extension at the first light if driving north to Edmond. Turn left at the intersection, you cant miss it Elite since 2011!!!! If such a rating system existed, I am confident that Discount Tire would consistently obtain and maintain the highest possible designation based on my experiences since 2011. Honestly, I never have had a bad experience. Not one. As I sit here in the lobby proudly writing this long overdo review, its amazing watching the Discount Tire Team work in unision, effectively and efficietly doing their craft. Out of curiosity I just asked how many vehicles had been serviced this Satuday morning from opening to 11:00. 41 vehicles!!!! And another gentlemen, named Paul, said yesterday it was 100 vehicles!!!! As the saying goes the proof is in the pudding. Here the pudding is tires backed up with a lifetime wareanty I am not aware of any exclusions to their lifetime tire warranty. Addmitely, I have used it 4 times in the past 30 days. That's 4 brand new tires that I did not have to pay for. Gashes on the sidewall, blowouts, slow leeks, nails-no problem. All were warrantied out at no cost to me. Like a well oiled machined they have once more put a new tire on and I'm barely had time to write this review. Keep in mind they have had 41 vehicles in too. Impressive. If your looking for a quality tire that you can get a lifetime warranty head to Discount Tire and you will be greeted by best in the business. Specially, I have received outstanding assistance from Stephen, Jacob, Josh, and Matthew. I could write a review on their expertise and determinion in assisting me throughout the years. read more

Discount Tire - Since first discocering Discount Tire in 2011, Discount Tire is the only place I will ever buy tires from. Discount Tire is certainly Elite! - Tires Near Me - Edmond, Oklahoma

False Information and predatory selling!!!! I Went to this place to get a simple tire rotation and gave me false information and told me they couldn't do it and that I had to buy another tire if I wanted them to touch the car for "safety reasons". one simple google search proved that not only was that information false but also dangerous for the traction of my car. I went to the other discount tire in town that I actually trust and they switched it no problem.. don't trust these guys at all read more

Doesn't treat elderly veterans very well, manager promised a full refund on brand new tires, then when it came time to get the refund, they barely gave us a 55% refund. I'm sure they'll clean up the tires and sell them as new. Not to worry, we will be taking our future business to Big O where Ronnie knows how to take care of his valued customers. read more

We've been using Discount Tire for decades. In Texas before moving to Edmond 8 years ago. Staff at the Edmond location are truly professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. At a time when most service outlets cannot attract or keep top notch team members, this location never disappoints. We've seen the technicians work extremely hard in all kinds of temperatures and seem to have a blast doing it. Never going anywhere else! read more

I'm at store OKO 06 in Edmond, Oklahoma I've been sitting here for 2 hr before I got in to the bay was told i was 5th in line and watched 8 car getting pulled in before me. As someone that used to work for discount tire. I see a lot of walking and no sense of urgency from the mangers or tire techs. For a tire place that preaches about fast service and keeping customers happy I am not seeing that at all. My experience has been very disappointing. read more

I have always purchased my tires here because of the prices but mostly because of the service. Not a fan. We took my van in because one of the tires has a slow leak (losing 4PSI over a 10 day period). Just needed a quick plug and patch. We were told the hole was too large to fix and we would need to replace the tire (it's a rear one). We were also told that our front tires needed to be replaced because they were worn down and not safe to drive. Our issues: (1) this is the first leak on this tire. A hole that is too large to be fixed would leak more than 4PSI over a 10 day period. Maybe if we were shown a hole larger than 1/4" in diameter, we would have conceded to a replacement. (2) we have 24,000 miles on the tires and the wear is consistent. The tires are at a 5 - We have plenty of mileage left. Sure, there is a possibility that they were right, but there wasn't any elaboration or education (show us where you say the tires are worn down, show us a hole) which makes the service questionable, at best. read more

They were concise and helpful!! I had an appointment at 9 AM to replace all four tires and was out by 9:19! Kevin was great help and answered many of my questions. Very respectful crew! read more

Tire issues? Fast and speedy service here. Hard working people who don't waste a single second of their time. Had to come in for an alignment, got done within an hour as a walk-in. I cannot say enough good things about this Discount Tire location. FANTASTIC and professional customer service. Great prices and quick turnaround. Though sadly, I observed a number or rude customers (frustration with a flat tire is understandable, but do unto others...), the employees at Discount tire always kept their cool, did their best to problem solve and deescalate, and most of all- Showed respect and empathy even when they were not treated likewise. I will definitely never go anywhere else for my tire needs. Thank you DT team for all you do! read more

I really can't say enough good things about this company. I've first started buying tires from them 3 years ago. I was initially skeptical of their offers to check tread depth and email me reminders. I just don't naturally trust any car related company to ever do things for the right reason. Now that I've had at least 10 interactions with them, I can confidently say that this is an honest company that truly cares about their customer. They stand by their word and their service is excellent. I put them in the caliber of Chickfila in how they do their business. I'm a skeptic and not easily pleased and I tell everyone I know to get all of their tires work done at discount tire. read more

Picked up a screw in the center tread of the tire so I knew it would be an easy repair one you could reasonably take care of yourself but I just didn't want to mess with it. Wednesday after the 4th of July. I go on Discount Tire website, find my store and click on "Get in Line" which I do. I plan to arrive before the store opens at 8:00 am. I get a text message to my phone that I'm in line and a link/button to let them know when I'm at the store. I pull up 10 min before opening and there are three folks already outside the door waiting to get in. The bays are open and employees and preparing to open. 8:00 am on the button they unlock the door and we all pour in. There are 4 reps checking in customers - I get Tyler. I tell him I "got in line" in the app. He says Yes, I saw you what can we help with. I tell him he keys it in and then says let me take a look. Comes back in and says "ok, looks to be a pretty easy fix". 25 min later Grayson, standing by the entrance door, calls my name your truck is ready. I walk up he hand me a Discount Tire trifold with a slip inside "your all set" I say how much....."nothing - your good to go". Wow. This is very smart business which you cannot easily teach. Exceptional customer service, and while I watched the operation - no one was messing around, everyone was working pretty hard (shocking I know). I have a second vehicle with tires at 5/32 so in 2 weeks I'm coming here to get my tires - do you think??? read more

I really like Discount Tire. We've been taking our cars there for 3-4 years now and have always been very pleased with the service provided. The employees have always been friendly, professional and patient. I had a very bad experience at Hibdon Tire which led me to Discount Tire. Typically businesses with the word "discount" in them make me think of an inferior product, but that really isn't the case here. Tire pricing is very competitive. Sure you can probably get slightly cheaper tires online, but then you still have to ship them and have them mounted/balanced by a local shop. In the end, I find it cheaper and easier to just get them locally. Discount Tire also offers free rotations, patches and inflation on any tires you've purchased there. Unofficially they go so far as to repair & rotate tires that I haven't even purchased there for free! I would definitely recommend Discount Tire to any of my friends or family who are in the market. read more

people don't know how to do their job here, nor know what they are talking about. Had a flat tire and told me my tire was not fixable cause there was bad rubbage. When I only drove on it for 10-20 seconds after changing to my donut. Should have just bought a patch kit myself and did it. read more
