In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed.
