They diagnosed the problem but wanted to be sure. So, they kept it overnight and test drove it the next day. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than they thought - but they still were able to fix it that day and it ran fine for the rest of my trip. They were friendly, efficient, clearly explained what repairs were needed and how long it would it would take. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure that my car was, indeed, really fixed. Their prices were very fair. Being from out of town, I was a little afraid of getting taken advantage of. But they were more than fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I can only say they are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable!

They have a picture taken when they first pulled the car into the bay they claim shows the damage and say that proves it wasn't them. The fact that the damage could easily have happened in their parking lot before they pulled it into the bay the first time doesn't seem to matter. I had just had paint work done of this car and brought the car directly to Fast Lap from the paint shop. The damage was not there when I left the car at Fast Lap. It definitely happened at Fast Lap. I recommend going elsewhere. Your car may end up with more damage that it started with.

I am supposed to be having my engine rebuilt, but they blocked my number so now I cannot contact them. I have no idea what the status of my car is still to this day. All I know is that they have it and I have no way of contacting them since they blocked me. The only person that I can contact them through is my dad's phone. My name is on the title of the car so I do have ownership of the car. Every time my dad calls, they say that they are short handed and they tell him every week that it'll be done the next week... The next week comes and it is still not done. We have been regular customers with them for almost 2 years now so you would think that they would Approach this a lot better. Definitely do not leave your car here unless you have another car to drive for at least six months to a year.
