Play an oil underneath your fucking car. I can't even get a evaluation because my car is so soaked in oil.

The tactics employed were predatory towards women. Three male service techs, and I was the only customer in the waiting area. One of the men came in with air filter in hand (as expected from Jiffy Lube - the upsell) and sat in the chair RIGHT next to me to explain that my car needed $1200 worth of work. I understand my car is old, and it is just working to drive here and there until it dies. So far, this is what I would expect from Jiffy Lube - again, I understand the upsell. The predatory part is what happened after the presentation of this sheet of paper, listing everything that needed replaced/repaired. The man that sat next to me said he could get me a "deal" and they "could do better on the price" and "what's the number that we need to get it down to, to do the repairs". It was SO USED CAR SALESMAN. I informed him that I have a trusted mechanic that we use and I was going to call my husband to discuss. And then he just sat there. So, I stood up and said I'd take the call outside for privacy, as it was evident this man wasn't going to move. I had to ASK him for this heavily marked up sheet of paper to laundry list for my husband the many issues that needed repaired. I spoke with my husband and agreed that this was work we would have our mechanic check out and I was to get out of that Jiffy Lube as soon as possible. I would have stopped all service (the oil change with my own filter and oil) if it hadn't already begun. When I informed the man that all I wanted done was the oil change, his demeanor instantly changed, he took the sheet of paper back and walked out. Within seconds my jeep was pulled around and I don't believe any attention or care was placed on the work that was completed. In fact, one of the leaks they said was in my radiator hose/coolant system was worse after driving away. It was now actively leaking on to the pavement and this was NOT how I brought it in. I brought my car to my mechanic next day. He validated that some of what was shared at Jiffy Lube was true, but some was absolutely not. My mechanic is honest and tells me what needs to get done to safely drive it, and it was one thing. The thermostat for cooling, but all other work on a car this old was unnecessary and I just needed to monitor my fluids (oil, radiator, and power steering) so that I could drive it until I could find another car to purchase. As was always my plan. Predatory and over priced. Avoid this place. If I could leave a zero star review I would. read more

I took my car here for brake pads. They didn't put the wheels back together right and one wheel slid off to the side after a few days. Ruined my aluminum wheel and ended up costing over a 1000 dollars. These guys shouldn't be in in business. Hopefully their fix it jobs won't kill anybody. Don't go here. read more

He had no idea what to do when they were telling him he needed to do all these other things, thinking it was included in the oil change! He is not subject to contract! I just came back from my first oil change after Jiffy Lube serviced my car. The mechanic today asked me, "So who did your last oil change?" I said, "Jiffy Lube. Why?" He said, "They didn't change your oil filter" and proceeded to show and tell me how he knew. So, I've been doing some research to corroborate this since I don't know today's mechanic from Adam. I do know my car is running like a dream now with just an oil change. What I was told checks out. I'm livid. Jiffy Lube, you cheated me. You were too cheap to change the filter on my 2010 Equinox. I know they are a little more expensive than many other filters, which made the inexpensive oil change attractive but you don't choose to not replace the filter. That's a corner you don't get to cut. How many other customers are you cheating in this way? Additionally, I drive for Uber. I will be sharing this event with my Uber driving brothers and sisters to make sure they are not serviced by you. We rely on our vehicles to be in tip top shape. You let me falsely assume you helped me do that. You should be ashamed. read more

I have been using this location for about 5 years now. I get every single oil change there and they always give me at least $10 off on every oil change, plus every third or fourth oil change is free! When I need an air filter or fuel filter, they always give me half off on that to because I go so often. Basically, they give me frequent driver jiffy lube miles because I am such a loyal and good customer for them. I have a volvo and they handle it with care and expertise. My only complaint is that I wish they had cuter guys working there and better reading material in the waiting room, but oh well. The guys are always sweet hearts to me and if I need something they do not have, they are quick to get the part delivered within about 30 minutes for no extra charge. It does not get better then that! I think it helps that I have big boobs though. Lol I would totally recommend this location to any friend and family member. No one lubes my volvo like jiffy lube! read more

Got my oil changed here last week and had a great experience! I really didn't research much into where to go, I usually get my oil changed whenever I'm at home but was overdue for one so thought I would just go to the right by my school! Since it was just a simple oil change, I figured it would be fine. I went about mid-afternoon and pulled right in without waiting and the mechanic got right to work. He was very nice and friendly, giving me a hard time about never having come to them before and "cheating" on them by getting my oil changed at other places (all in good nature of course). I was probably there 15ish minutes, so it was great how efficient they were! They did all the other typical check up things like refilling my wiper fluid. Stuff that I believe should come with the oil change but I'm not sure if it does everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to others! Also, file this under "Things I never thought a mechanic would tell me"... "Oh I like your pink sparkly nail polish!" Thanks Mr. Mechanic, you can borrow it if you like ;) read more

They showed me exactly what needed changed out (they had the filters when they came in), which I appreciated. Have a background in cars-somewhat-so I know when I'm being ripped off. Not here. They were honest, and after I explained exactly what I knew needed replaced, they did exactly that along with changing out the filters. Note: a previous oil change in Midwest City left a nasty clump of something on the oil cap- which the mechanic also brought in. Haven't seen that before-ever. He was livid. Will definitely come back. This Jiffy Lube is the poorest excuse for an oil change shop. I purchased an oil change from Groupon. The manager refused to honor the Groupon for the oil change. He also refused to even honor the promotional value of the Groupon for a basic oil change. He said they only honor the promotional value of the Groupon for their most expensive oil change for which they charge $35.99. For an oil change! Lying scum of an operation. read more

this jiffy lube is very shady! I went for an oil change for 22.00 the sign out front as advertised. well of course they figure a way to jack that up to over 30.00. then they call me out to show me an A/C belt that needed to be replaced. I couldn't really tell but took there word for it. I said how much? he said 100.00 I said now way, then he said 50.00? I couldn't believe I was haggling over a car repair! I said 30 he said couldn't do it for that. then I said 40.00 and a new air filter? he ok,when I went inside and couldn't believe I had to go through that from a company like jiffy lube. went to check out and they tried to charge me tax for what the cost he wanted to sell it for for 179.00 I said no way!! I figures what the tax should be and told him that's what I will pay! then I got home and looked to see if I got a new air filter and they didn't even change it out! these guys are thieves and need to be exposed. I saw them take advantage of a few women while I was there. I told one not be fooled and then I watched her almost get screwed, but she held her ground. don't ever go to this store. read more

I am from out of town. Normally I maintain my own vehicle.Took my explorer in for a oil change, got a list of things that needed to be done, including that I needed flushing my radiator out. This radiator was replaced three months ago with new fluid. Asked them to lube the chassis, when I got home and looked ,it wasn't done but they say it was done, didn't see them check the tire pressure but on the receipt they say it 32 lbs front 32 lbs back. I have oversize tires on my vehicle, and the tire pressure is 40 lbs, concerned me so I checked them and yes there still 40 lbs. I won't give these sad sacks chance again read more

if i could give it zero stars - i would. if you are a woman, and want to be ripped off - this is the place for you! i went for an oil change, they told me the rotars on my back brakes were gone and i needed them replaced for only $199.00! a deal. but i didn't have 199.00. so they said - deal for today was to flush the power steering fluid because mine wash clogged (didn't know there was no such thing) and oil change for only $100.00. such a deal! well, the next day i had an emergency that took me on a 14 hour drive from oklahoma city to ft wayne, ind and once i got there out of sheer panic, i pulled into a brake place and i said "i need my back brakes replaced - now!" they came in, and said - why - there is nothing wrong with your brakes. i drove back to oklahoma city, went to yet another brake place - and was told nothing was wrong with them. read more
