I live in Austin and have for many years and I love visiting the SoCo strip. However EVERY single time I come in the staff circles like vultures like they expect you to be stealing, except NONE of them greeted me or gave assistance. While there were three sales associates in store, no one independently offered to show me any items or ask me what I was looking for. When inquired about a couple of pieces of jewelry, one sales associate did show me the pieces. The store inventory tends to be on the higher end pricing side.
