Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.

We originally hired a contractor from Jewett City when we soon realized we made a huge mistake, bought wrong materials, went days without showing up, the list goes on. Long story short he left one day and never returned. Thank God my neighbor said to call JFK Roofing, I spoke to Jeff and within an hour he was here looking at the job and said he would finish the job to our satisfaction.
