We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Never met him but his crew of six people were sent over to put a new rubber roof on my mobile home…read more Six men on a mobile home roof, that if you were knowledgeable you'd know it can't hold more than two. 1 and a half inch rafters with a very thin layer on sheet metal under the rubber. Under that is my ceiling. These guys had no clue as to what they were doing. End result I ended up with a lot of damage. They pulled out my roof jack, thew it to the side. Then they shoved it back in and thought it would magically pop back into place with the connecting pipe to my furnace. My roof jack was broken and the pipe that connects my furnace to it. They stomped around on my roof like it was a normal house. I have dislodged lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan and cracks in my ceiling. My bathroom door doesn't shut! The owner never came to my home after complaints to check the damage and never called. Found out he never got the permit from the town to do the work. Shady and unprofessional. He spent an hour with me and I learned more about my cedar roof than I could have imagined there was to know. Also, he had an estimate for the project by the end of that very day. We did not wait too long to get on their schedule and once we did, they kept every promise from material drop off to daily clean up expectations. The job site was tidied up and neat after each work day. Maikol Figueroa was our forman and he was so easy to talk to. I was very concerned about a glass structure under a portion of the tear out and Maikol handled it with full integrity. The roof is amazing and beautiful; we could smell the beautiful cedar scent while they were working. There were a few roof issues discovered during the project that were handled beautifully with a few conversations and now our roof is solid and secure. Please make sure if you use them do not trust what they say. I am going to take them to court. Matt Rinaldi came out this week on Monday, the 10 of Aug with 5 other people from his company in an attempt to intimidate me and say there was nothing major wrong with the installments of the roof and gutters. I am an elderly woman with a husband that is not well. I am writing this review so that others do not have a similar experience.

Since then, no leak!! His price was fair. Notably, another highly regarded local roofing company gave a much higher quote because "$800 is our minimum charge for work." I guess they want to install new roofs, not fix roofs!! Highly recommend RICONN and Ray Durfee for roof work!!
