We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Never met him but his crew of six people were sent over to put a new rubber roof on my mobile home…read more Six men on a mobile home roof, that if you were knowledgeable you'd know it can't hold more than two. 1 and a half inch rafters with a very thin layer on sheet metal under the rubber. Under that is my ceiling. These guys had no clue as to what they were doing. End result I ended up with a lot of damage. They pulled out my roof jack, thew it to the side. Then they shoved it back in and thought it would magically pop back into place with the connecting pipe to my furnace. My roof jack was broken and the pipe that connects my furnace to it. They stomped around on my roof like it was a normal house. I have dislodged lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan and cracks in my ceiling. My bathroom door doesn't shut! The owner never came to my home after complaints to check the damage and never called. Found out he never got the permit from the town to do the work. Shady and unprofessional. There was a secondary job of replacing a small outdoor shower enclosure. The discussion about the door was thorough with replacement - something which normally comes in around $1000 - $1500 (door & labor) - suggested as the best choice. For the shower, I was given some suggestions for a larger, nicer enclosure. I did agree to get an estimate for that as long as I also got one for a simple replacement of the smaller walls and the shower head. That meeting left me feeling pretty confident in this company. After a couple of weeks I had to call to see if an estimate would be coming soon. They apologized for the delay and sent me the estimate later that day. $9000 for an amazing sounding, spa-like outdoor shower. No estimate for a straightforward replacement however And more importantly, no door estimate. When the mistake was brought to their attention, they did apologize. Then sent me the same estimate again. Last night I received a new email - not an estimate for the door but an invoice for it. No estimate or description of what would be done. Just a bill of almost $4000 for a door and work which didn't actually exist yet. Something had been vastly confused in the shower, but I'm puzzled that after that I'd still receive a stunning bill for a non-existent door One which I imagine would be incredibly epic on the little beach cottage it would end up on.

On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!
