Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! From start to finish--Christian's inspection, Moses' project management, and the hardworking crew--A1 delivered top-notch service. Even my realtor was so impressed she said she'll recommend A1 to her clients. If you want professionalism, integrity, and people who truly care, A1 Home Improvement LLC is the way to go. Will use them again when I need other projects completed.

I immediately received an email message with the detailed pricing structure and their insurance information. We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Included are just a few pictures of some of the work we had completed, although there was more. I highly recommend Henderson Roofing!!

Do not use this company. My experience was marked by poor workmanship and poor management…read more In Jan 2025, they removed my old roof and replaced sections of the plywood underlayment. However, they failed to properly secure some of the new plywood, which caused part of the roof to lift. Although they eventually repaired that issue, it made me question the quality of the entire installation. I hired other roofing companies to inspect the roof, and they identified numerous additional problems that will cost nearly $4,000 to correct. I contacted this company and gave them the opportunity to fix these issues under their warranty, but they have ignored my requests. So much for their 20-year warranty. I also discovered that although they obtained the required permit from my town, they never submitted the required completion photos needed for the town to verify the work met code and to close out the permit. I reminded them multiple times, but they still failed to do so. My advice is simple: find a competent roofing contractor. If you've already hired this company, I strongly recommend having your roof inspected by an independent roofer to identify any issues before they become more serious.
