I immediately received an email message with the detailed pricing structure and their insurance information. We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Included are just a few pictures of some of the work we had completed, although there was more. I highly recommend Henderson Roofing!!

I contacted Ken Gillis in North Stonington CT for a roof replacement bc he was recommended by Walz…read moreRealty. Upon the initial meeting, Ken Gillis explained that he & his "team" would do a complete demo & roof replacement. I returned from a work break 9 am to my house & Ken was sound asleep in his truck while a random sub contractor was doing all the work on the roof. Ken was not involved in any of the demo or replacement nor was he actively supervising the job. The sub contractors DID NOT tarp the areas properly around the house during the DEMO so there was asphalt shingles all over the edges of the side of the house. Neither they nor KEN GILLIS cleaned up the area upon completion which I found sloppy & unprofessional. I recently contacted KEN GILLIS bc there was a slow leak from where "HIS TEAM" did not properly SEAL the area around the roof bathroom venting. There's now a hole where the water has dripped through the asphalt, plywood & now the drywall in my bathroom. I contacted him immediately to come over to SEAL THE roof venting, replace the plywood, asphalt shingles & the drywall. He immediately BECAME DEFENSIVE, STARTED ARGUING with me, DENYING ANY responsibility & REFUSED to come over & even look at the roof & REPAIR THE LEAK. The roof has NOT been touched since "HIS TEAM" replaced the roof. KEN GILLIS DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. HE WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL,, HOSTILE & ARGUMENTATIVE when I spoke to him about this matter. He then told me to contact his LAWYER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR HIS GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES AT ALL. I have made a FORMAL COMPLAINT with the BBB & the ATTORNEY GENERAL about this matter. BUYER BEWARE!

Amazing job, unbeatable price, exceptional professionalism…read more We hired Christopher home improvement LLC for replacing roof and siding of our house recently. I had to say this may be the best decision we have ever made on choosing a contractor for home renovation work from many highly rated companies on the internet. We are deeply impressed with Raul and his crew for their honesty, transparency and attention to details when quoting the work plan and price. Matter of fact, they advised us in the first day the missing layer of insulation under the siding and added that without extra charge, rather than ignoring that design flaw by home builder. Most of all, they completed all the jobs as planned with upright workmanship, superb diligence and exceptional professionalism. We can't say enough positive things about these wonderful people. We recommend the Christopher home improvement LLC to every home owners without reservation!

On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!
