The spray coating was poor (absorbed coating unevenly) and sprayed up onto the garage doors. Agreed to recoat and clean the doors. Recoat was better but uneven due to persistent nozzle fouling. Accidentally sprayed me ruining T-shirt and jeans. Sent 2 people with the "wrong" solvent to clean the doors, door trim, siding, concrete and decorative wall stone. Rinsed rags in lawn..had to dig out & replant. Most overspray was removed but so was some of the lower garage door paint. Sought Overhead Door qualified painter ($700). DG owner negotiated lower price from someone else ($300)....unknown expertise. Its now 31 days trying to correct the problems they created. I recommend you NOT do business with Driveway Guys.

I went up…read moreto talk with Steve who stopped at my house after that job and came the next day after a day it had rained. They completed the job of cutting overhanging branches and removing a group of six medium size trees all close together near the front of the house. They also cut a thick branch that was leaning toward my neighbor's house, although it was not dead, but just in case it fell in the future. Steve and worker Rodney did a great job and cleaned up when finished. The price was reasonable for the four hours they worked. I would hire them again.

I used the Tazmanian Tree Devil at my house over the Summer of 2017 to remove 3 very complicated…read moretrees & 1 of the 3 which was extremely dangerous. The portfolio of prior completed projects coupled with his arsenal of equipment and evidence that he did have general liability insurance AND workers' compensation was convincing that I didn't need to interview anyone else. Other "arborists" showed up, looked the job over, gave me quotes which were ridiculously low to the point where the guys were apparently looking for a day's pay. This sent up the flag that they likely were not insured or insured completely meaning not having worker's comp. I have heard many stories of homeowners being brought into claims for contractors being injured on their property. My project was done in a safe, unhurried manner & very much to my satisfaction. I have had other tree work done at my home by other "arborists" & the finished product looked like an Israeli Air Strike where I had to be involved with the final clean up. Yeah the guy likes to brag about his equipment. Who wouldn't? He's got several hundred-thousand dollars of state of the art equipment sitting in my driveway ready to rock & roll. The Nifty-Lift is a thing to behold. It screams safety all over & pride in owning a small business. He showed up on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do & left my yard better than when he started. When you buy cheap don't expect perfection or adequate insurance that puts what you've word hard for at risk from a lawsuit. Buy one & done - use Taz - yeah he's a spaz but that's what makes the world go round
