Under that is my ceiling. These guys had no clue as to what they were doing. End result I ended up with a lot of damage. They pulled out my roof jack, thew it to the side. Then they shoved it back in and thought it would magically pop back into place with the connecting pipe to my furnace. My roof jack was broken and the pipe that connects my furnace to it. They stomped around on my roof like it was a normal house. I have dislodged lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan and cracks in my ceiling. My bathroom door doesn't shut! The owner never came to my home after complaints to check the damage and never called. Found out he never got the permit from the town to do the work. Shady and unprofessional. Pictures speak a thousand words, I have everything documented. Apparently it won't let me post all my pictures. So you just get a few

Henderson Roofing did a phenomenal job for our Clapboard Siding repair. The day after I called…read morethey sent Steve out to review our project out for a quote. I immediately received an email message with the detailed pricing structure and their insurance information. We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Included are just a few pictures of some of the work we had completed, although there was more. I highly recommend Henderson Roofing!!

We just finished a major project at our home replacing every window and vinyl sided the entire house. After doing some research and getting 3 quotes, we decided to go with Vinyl Concepts. Signing with Vinyl Concepts was, by far, the best decision we very made for our home. Within a few short weeks, Chris and his team took our home from drab to truly a show place. I cannot imagine another firm being able to do this as well. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was incredible. The project started with stripping our entire house of the old clapboard, replacing all rotting wood underneath the old clapboard and basically bringing the house back to better than new. No other contractor would have gone to this level of care and professionalism, and the materials they used to protect and beautify our home was nothing but the best. We have had everyone from neighbors to delivery folks to complete strangers and even to our mail carrier stopping to take the time to let us know how beautiful our home had become. The bottom line is, I would not consider another firm for a similar project to ours.
