I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.
