On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. After having nearly a dozen big-name siding contractors to our house to give us a quote on vinyl…read moresiding (I won't name them because this review isn't about them, but if you've seen them at a trade show or recognize their name in Rhode Island, I guarantee you we had them over for a quote) meeting Andrew was exactly the fresh sales experience we needed. Easy going, engaging, knowledgeable (but not pushy), helpful, and with a true passion for his product we couldn't believe we finally had a contractor that listened to us. Middle class product for a middle class house on a middle class budget. Don't get me wrong, he has high product material to sell and his team as the craftsmanship to install it. We just aren't that customer. After 10+ quotes telling us it was going to be 55k, 62k, 70k and MORE to put vinyl on our 1900 square foot raised ranch (and some contractors refused to even quote vinyl, insisting we put on Hardy board...), Andrew listened to what we actually needed, matched us to the product we wanted, and came in at a price we couldn't resist. We didn't even let him leave our house that day until we signed a contract. We've never regretted that decision since. It turns out the passion for his product and the care his team took to make sure the install was correct wasn't just a show. 99% of the install went perfectly. The handful of extremely minor hiccups here and there I spotted were fixed immediately, without the usual hewing and hawing I get from other contractors we've had do work on the house. Problem, identified, problem fixed, work continued. Andrew was incredibly responsive and patient with us as customers as well. Worked with us to get the colors we wanted (a lot of it custom ordered) and worked with his supplier to cut us a deal when we suddenly changed our minds about color and re-ordered some things. He patiently waited as we took WAYYYY more time than we should picking a gutter color. He even arranged for a door installer to come help us out when our custom ordered doors didn't arrive in time for this project. No problems from Andrew. He called a buddy, arranged for a later install, and is sending his crew back out to the house to trim and finish the new doors even though they've been done on the house now for weeks. Just an incredible customer service experience. My only complaint with the whole thing is that Andrew isn't a general contractor who I can have back to do other projects. If I could get an electrician, plumber, carpenter and painter to give me his level of craftsmanship and professional knowledge at the prices he charges I'd spend every weekend sitting on my ass and hiring him for EVERYTHING. 10/10. Would hire again. Would recommend to a friend.
