The next appointment comes and again, no call- no call. I call Dave and he tells me hes stuck on a job and can't make it, but he'll text me to re-schedule. He never texts me, so I tect him. He responds 5 days later with a text telling me I have a block on my phone and he can't get through and tells me "It's my problem, not his". But I got the text and was able to able to get both his call backs after I called him to see where he was on day of appointment? Stay clear of this guy, worst service I've experienced in long time.

As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.

I was originally looking to replace my old kitchen floor with porcelain tiles. I had gotten a quote…read morefrom another flooring company and they wanted to tear up my existing subfloor which I thought was in pretty good shape and they also wanted to add a membrane which would have added extra height between the living room and kitchen. Then I found the Protractors and Moe came out to do the measurements and told me that he could install tiles over the subfloor but he also mentioned something new to me. Vinyl luxury plank flooring is the hottest new thing for kitchens and other rooms because it lasts a lifetime, is waterproof and scratch resistant and looks great. I loved the idea of not having to tear up my existing subfloor and the surface would be a much more comfortable walking surface than a cold porcelain tile. I had torn up the existing floor and was having family visiting in a few weeks so I was anxious to get this started. Moe made it a priority and was over the following day to discuss LVP options. On top of all of the help and recommendations that he had made, I had brought some samples from Home Depot that I thought looked pretty good. Moe thought they looked good also but because of his relationship with contractors he was able to offer a much better material and negotiated a discount with the contractor on materials. Before the end the week the new floor was installed. The workers were meticulous with details making sure the trim was a good match for the floor and making cuts that other contractors would have avoided. All in all I was very pleased with the new floor and all of the work that Moe and his workers did.

I called them and they came out within the hour to look at it. Within a week they were back again fixing the problem. Upon inspection they found out it was actually the roof leaking and not the chimney. They fixed the problem anyway! I can't say enough about the Morgan's. I'll use them again and again.
