Believe the reviews, Isaksen is phenomenal! After conversations with 8 different solar installers…read moreIsaksen stood high above them all across the board. I was immediately connected to a human vs. an AI bot and have been guided through the process by the entire way. Randi had been my trusted guide and has been incredibly transparent the entire way. From the honest sales, pricing, and "human-centered" payment structure their approach to sales and support truly sets them apart. My install was smoother than I could've imagined and the install crew was informative, honest, and methodical in their set-up and clean-up. Deepest thanks to Cody, Jay, Mike, and Sean for getting us set up and running. Highly highly recommend and would work with them again.

After doing a little research and asking around we chose to go to with Isaksen Solar and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the very first consultation to the final installation, our experience was excellent. They took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision to make the change to solar. The installation crew was on time, respectful, and worked great together. They completed the work on schedule and left the working areas exactly the way it was when they arrived. I couldn't be happier with how easily the system was integrated with my home, both aesthetically and functionally as seen in the pictures. Their whole team outdid themselves with their commitment to me as a customer from start to finish. They followed up after the installation to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I understood how to monitor my system's productivity. If you're considering solar, Isaksen is definitely the way to go! They made the entire process easy, transparent, and worry-free.

Just had a fairly straightforward conversation with a sales rep at Newport solar named Tim telling…read moreme that they have no availability for the rest of the year to add additional 3K of solar on my roof. I guarantee his straightforwardness is genuine, not trying to diss him for anything, but they really shouldn't be promoting the business or even trying to take out any customers right now cause they're backed up at least 3 to 4 months per what he says so I appreciate the honesty but you know it's great to have a business, glad they're so busy but when he asked me, who's the competitors that have availability this year? It kinda gives me a weird feeling so wish Newport the best but didn't have a really good conversation and really feel like if they're gonna sell the business And start with a new owner which I guess they have over the last six months they could do a little bit better on customer service that's my point.

That meant panels off, roof shingled, panels back on. We contracted with Newport Solar. They showed when they said they would. Newport Solar was there every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do and helped us deals with some town zoning issues. I thoroughly researched and ultimately met with three solar installers based in RI. Sol Power was…read moremy top choice mainly due to the upfront work they completed to design a system that met my needs. This included explaining the various programs in RI, time on the roof where the panels would be installed and surveying the property to give me an idea of what trees would eventually need to come down. They designed and installed a 13.2 kW array consisting of 33 400 W panels, 2 SolarEdge inverters, 2 LG 13kW batteries, upgraded service to a 200 Amp SPAN smart panel, critter guard and new wiring for a Heat Pump and ceiling heater/fan. They also decommissioned and removed an existing thermal panel for hot water and managed the applications for grants, net metering and connected solutions. The installation work went well, and the system was operational (producing energy) in September 2022. The real test of a company is their ability to service the installed system. This is where the Sol Power team really shines and has proven to be outstanding! Over the last two years, they have been exceptional in their ability to keep the system up and running. Whether it be a software update or mechanical issue, they have always been quick to respond to correct any issues. Finally, they have a cooperative ownership model which instills a sense of pride in their work that shows through and in my estimation has yielded a very cohesive and highly effective team. Their level of expertise and their professionalism has been outstanding and they have proven to be a real partner. So much so that I have engaged with them on a second project for an array on a garage. I highly recommend them.
