I was referred to Isaksen Solar for help, by SRECTrade as SRECTrade's "trusted Partner", when my original panel and system installer proved unreliable and unresponsive. Isaksen Solar's Service Manager Lexi Spencer answered all my questions accurately and thoroughly and in a timely way, has an easy-to-use automated electronic paperwork process, was great at communicating what she needed from me to go forward, and scheduled service as soon as possible and very quickly. The Service Techs, including an experienced Solar Installer and Master Electrician, showed up right on time, diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly, answered all my questions, and offered and completed a little extra work to completely satisfy. Charges were VERY reasonable given the level of expertise needed to diagnose and repair problems on a system that was installed by someone else! 5 out of 5 stars! read more

Less than 5 years ago, we had 17 solar panels installed on our residence. For whatever reason, the micro inverters stopped communicating with the gateway on December 31, 2022. I do not routinely check my app so I did not realize it until I received a tiny solar dividend ($2) from our utility company. My original installer filed for bankruptcy. I called Isaksen Solar and asked for help. I provided pictures, documentation and the model number of the micro inverter. After a week, I called again and was told that they were having trouble finding my specific micro-inverter on ebay (I easily found it with a quick google search), and was told that the charge for them to come out and diagnose the problem was - wait for it - $1000. AND, I was told that they were ordering two micro-inverters that were not returnable (but I could keep them as spares in case I needed them in the future) even though they had not diagnosed the problem. Enter Enphase - the micro-inverters used in my installation were manufactured by Enphase. The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process and was able to identify the issue - most likely a power surge. The Fix? Turn off both circuit breakers on my gateway, wait five minutes, and turn them back on. Voila! My system is up and running, and I didn't have to spend a dime. When I asked the person at Isaksen why they did not tell me to try this, she responded that the Technicians would have done that when they arrived at my house with two micro-inverters I didn't need, and then charge me $1000 just for the visit. I would NEVER recommend these SNAKES. read more
