Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.

Gregs's expertise with products and installations proved invaluable. Greg's assistance and guidance really helped in making the best decision for us and our situation. We discussed what options were available and best suited our needs and budget.  We had an undesirable, complex problem - an old, collapsing bulkhead, hidden under a "trap door" of an old deck. We weren't sure if we should have a new bulkhead installed, in a different location, have an egress window, in a different location,  (options which would allow us to have a deck without the bulkhead underneath) or replace the existing bulkhead and have a patio. The issue with the last approach is that there was a drop after the deck was removed.  Greg worked with our landscaper to install the new bulkhead such that the landscaper could backfill the area for the porch.  Greg and Mike did an outstanding job removing our old bulkhead and installing a new one. They are skilled, meticulous and extremely polite. They treated our home like it was their own and the quality and care for my house was second to none Their concern and care for the customer really shows through in a true and genuine manner. To fix it , I said no way it's under warranty you have to fix it, after that it all began with the lies to get out of repairing it by saying he went out of business when I told him he was a liar he said he was going through a bad divorce and he was filing for chapter 11 all of these lies to get out of doing what he promised to fix and the worst of it I had someone call to get a price for a driveway and they said when would like it done, how's that for someone who is out of business. So check this out before you hire him. He is not a man of his word. He has not responded to the BBB or myself to repair the situation.

I paid a hefty $4,794.63 deposit based on terms that were clearly agreed upon: 1/3 deposit and the remaining upon completion. However, as soon as I sent over the money Erick unilaterally changed the payment terms to demand 66% of the payment or they would not start work AND would not refund any of the money. He intentionally changed the agreement, and when I asked for my refund because I was not okay with this, he became unprofessional and started swearing hurling personal insults. Something no legitimate business owner would do. BE WARNED ERICK HAS NO WRITTEN CONTRACTS AND ALTERS TERMS AFTER MONEY IS SENT. If you value honesty, professionalism, and protecting your hard earned money, stay far away. Erick falsely claims I tried to scam him, even though I am the one who sent money over and HE was the one who tried to intimidate me into giving him more money or he would just keep it all (crazy right?). But they went above and beyond to get my roof in order, fix parts of it that I didn't even realize were in the same scope of roof replacement. They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par. It was from start to finish a seamless experience, and I can't recommend them enough!

Recently we noticed a leak, we then checked our contract and saw that Gemini guaranteed the roof for 20 years, so my husband called and he was told they would review the contract and get back to him.
