They built my home 14 years ago, and once I made the final payment to them when the home was…read morefinished, I didn't get much help with problems associated with the construction. Part of the construction was a pre-cast bulkhead entrance to my cellar, which has constantly leaked every time it rains heavily or when there is a lot of snow melting. Their solution was to put down some sealing cement at the base of the bulkhead. Water always finds a way to seep through this stuff and should only be used as a temporary stop gap measure. They also installed my oil furnace at the opposite end of my cellar, 45 feet away from the zero clearance fireplace I had installed, which could have been used to vent the exhaust from the furnace. It's little things like these that don't bode well for customers who use this company. All in all, I wouldn't use this contractor again if I were to build another home. Their houses look great when completed, but the beauty masks the haphazard way they make them. Their slogan should be "Get them up, get them in, good luck and goodbye!!!"

Not only was Joe's priced reasonably he was the quickest to respond and gave me options and even found out who had the window I chose. He gave me the option of buying the window myself ( could use my military discount) . Window was installed within days of being quoted. I believe it took longer to locate the window than it did for Joe to have it installed. So all said and done he removed my old 15000 btu thru the wall AC , put in my new window , trimmed it all out, offered to repair a pice of broken siding and took the old AC and disposed of for a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me.
