They absolutely refuse to waive the fee despite the fact I was told, in writing (I kept the chat transcript) that was fully paid off. Corporate greed at its finest. I got an email from another company that was a third party that started with the letter p. I had to accept their terms and conditions and then it opened up to a page that showed my transactions and the exact amount of money into my bank account. Today I told the Xfinity I no longer wanted the $10 discount because I don't want a third party to have access to everything I do in my bank account. They told me that didn't happen. They said it was because I had automatic payments set up. I have always had automatic payments and it was $50 a month. I wanted to cancel Xfinity on September 18th because that was the day before my next billing date. I was then told that the service is till the 31st of august, yet I already had a pending transaction which means they either started the transaction on the Friday the 28th of August or Saturday the 29th of August, or today, even though they shouldn't have done that until September 19th.... So I told them I wanted to completely cancel with them. So that should have been canceled tomorrow and I verified it on the phone August 31st. Within 1 hour of the phone call, today 5:30 p.m. Eastern standard Time I no longer have internet service. Highly would not recommend

Why must I look for a way to get in touch with you online? I have lived in Virginia, Alabama, and even S. Korea but this is the worst cable provider I have ever had by far. I say if they record your conversation then listen to it because then they will get the code and the rep telling me all about my free gift card. I smell fraudulence and it stinks!!! I have done everything as requested to fix this receiver via their phone reps and online help. Apparently my request is not acceptable! They have refused saying I should "troubleshoot" the receiver as instructed! How Many Times must I do this??? Now this company has the unmitigated gaul to say they will (one time only) send me another receiver for Me to Hook Up and if that wasn't the problem they are absolved from any further responsibilities regarding this matter. An appointment was set up for Monday December 31st. We received a phone call on Sunday night stating that the appointment would have to be cancelled as the technician did not have a receiver box (which I believe is necessary for any Direct TV customer) and the earliest they could come was Thursday, Jan. 3rd. We continued to have problems with the sound on our receiver (which was the original problem that caused us to purchase a new television) We contacted customer service again and the earliest appointment we can get is Monday January 7th. After spending over 300 dollars for a new television and missing work as they did not call until the night before to cancel we are told that we will have to wait a week and a half to resolve this problem. I feel that it is poor customer service as we called on December 27th and they set us up as a priority and got an appointment within 2 days and then appointment cancelled the night before. We missed work and when calling customer service stating that they could not help us even though the equipment that they supposedly was out of was a common piece of equipment that any customer needs. After being a customer for over 20 years I feel that is is a disgrace as to how they treat their long standing customers

This store is located in the same plaza as Doro, on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford. With the old router in hand, I walked in the store. A young man greeted me. I told him what I had come in for. He took down my information and told me there's just one person ahead of me in line. Here's where you may purchase the latest iPhone or a Google phone. After a very short wait, it was my turn. I once again gave all the necessary information to the sales associate, and he gave me my new router. Now my internet works for movie watching or for Yelping.

Dave arrived with an assistant and quickly diagnosed a weak amplifier up on the antenna. They brought out the 40 ft ladder and had the new amplifier installed in about 30 minutes.
