    Xfinity is impossible to deal with as an internet, cable, phone provider. Customer services especially bad.

    Xfinity in general, and Xfinity Mobile specifically, are probably represent the worst in terms of support and performance. Simply awful.

    After leaving three calls for the Service Department I finally reached the Manager and was met with…read more"yeah, we're busy. What do you need".     I have an account with Associated Security Corporation and they called my front desk receptionist…read morecalling her an indian and that she is in trouble for having some sort of malfunctioning hidden cameras. When my front desk asked for a call back number and name so she can forward it to me the rep on the phone laughed and hung up(yes this is all recorded) When I called them back to find out what happened the rep then forgot to put it on hold and said "do you want to deal with these indians" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and now a gentleman picked up and said " i'll transfer you to the manger" and hangs up. I called again and forgets again to put me on hold and says "I wasnt suppose to pick up his phone i'm transferring it don't pick up" then proceeds to transfer me and the lady who initially made the derogatory statements picked up and says "oh f*** I wasnt suppose to pick up" and hung up I then called again and the same guy picked up and says "I didn't hang up I was transferring you to the owner" and I said then why all the derogatory statements and I then proceeded to tell him that I will send all the recordings to my attorney and he said his calls are also recorded. Just to put it out there I AM NOT INDIAN. I recommend not using them at all (this is not the first time i'm having an issue with them) and I will be canceling my account with them asap and recommend any minority owned companies to do the same due to Associated Security Corporation being a company that only caters and respects a majority race.

    I have been using Safeguard for a couple years now with no issues from the day of initial meeting…read moreto installation and so forth with account management and service related guarantees. They went above and beyond to ensure a top of the line safe and well managed product. It is robust, end-user ease of use / customer friendly with an intuitive platform. Great account management and always there if there is anything that needs an upgrade and or any additional information or service required. Quality of service is second to none. Safeguard was provided to me by a friend who owns a multi site company who has nothing but the best to say about that group. With that said I still did due diligence in respect to looking into reviews as well as industry analysis to ensure I made the proper call on what security company to use. My company is heavily impacted by having a top of the line best in class, innovative security platform. I have a geographically dispersed company throughout the United States and If anyone is looking for the a well rounded, tech and customer oriented security company I would lead with Safeguard. I find it hard to believe that the reviews below are of any substance. Safeguard prides itself on service and ongoing support. I am proud and believe in each of the Safeguard employees. I also found a couple reviews interesting in the idea that they were treated with nothing less then professionalism. Upon my company wide install and configuration I was immediately sent a letter from the president himself who signs and gives his direct cell number. This document in short supplies the customer a service agreement that is different from other security companies. It is written and sent by the president ensuring that if there are any issues he will take over the account, answer and fix any and all concerns and or questions. So if the people below had issues with responses that they believe not to be adequate, I would hazard to guess it was a customer related issue, meaning they should have reached out to the respected escalation process. I would give a 10 star if I could and more then willing to bring anyone to a site where Safeguard installed there platform out of proof of concept. I believe and trust them with not only my company but both of my houses Safeguard had also implemented and haven't had any issues. Within their contact it has service related guarantees that are exactly what anyone would expect but they actually walk the walk and adhere to the warranties and services and they clearly built it within the contract.     ****After ~2 additional months of correspondence, I finally had to obtain an attorney. There was…read moreadditional incomplete work originally estimated at $200 that I offered to still pay if they felt it was necessary given all of the issues and hassle. They clearly felt it was still necessary and sent a bill for $227.50... It was emailed directly from the company president's personal email so this wasn't a clerical error. A 3rd party tech did the work and said the cameras are sub-standard for where they were installed and will always be a problem. As he predicted, they began failing to work within weeks. I have not bothered to follow up.
