The crew that worked in our home were great - low key, very polite and meticulous about their work. The upgrade was fixed price and the misc work came in over estimate - higher labor, lower materials - but it did not come as a surprise to me as the team let me know when something was going to be more difficult than it looked. We had at least 3 different electricians out who all left scratching their heads unsure of how to do the upgrade because of the unique layout of the electrical components of our house. Prior to this we had outdated systems that required their expertise to keep us up and running. The office staff is always professional and helpful and will call if early appointments are available if they are in the area. They will also call to let you know if the technician is running toward the later side of the two hour window. Every technician we have had in our home has been professional and friendly. The plumbers took one look and thought how we gonna get this thing out of here. They called the owner of the company "DJ" who came to my home and removed cabinets, flooring and the fridge to allow the guys room to swap it out. When the new tank was installed another guy "G" was called who is a carpenter re installed the cabinets, flooring, trim and fridge. My kitchen looks as if it was never touched. Thank you very much WD Dickenson for going above and beyond to get the job done, you guys are amazing. Top notch company if anyone is in need of a plumber.
