If I could do negative stars I would. Same owner of Silk City Storage Company. I understand why they keep it separate, it's so they can steal your money and only tarnish the name of one business. They have zero integrity. I went to the office to try to understand where the disconnect was with not understanding that I've canceled my unit because I moved everything out months ago, and they immediately called cops to get me trespassed so I can't go near the place. Which is fine I'll never be requesting any of there services in the future. I canceled and moved my belongings out in march and it's November and they are still charging me. It's easier to cancel a gym membership somehow, and at over 220$ a month for 8 months.... And he says "Oh It's not my problem!" Excuse me don't own this business where's your integrity. Million dollar company can't do back pay for stealing over 1600$ like bro.. see you in court. read more
