Jonathan came out same day and handled an extremely difficult job for me making a new key for my 2018 dump truck. The key went missing and because we opened a locked door without the key while looking for it the car alarm was set off. Jonathan took his time and was able to bypass the alarm system, which blocked him maybe 10 times from programming the new keys he had made for me on site to program my new keys. I was on site the whole time and I know from experience how frustrating computers on newer and foreign vehicles can be. This was the only location that was able to assist in the kind of key I was looking to be made. Took me almost a year to finally bring the broken key down and both the receptionist and Russ both remembered me. Ameri-Pro was thorough, addressed existing issues with our lockset and mechanism while changing locks. He was onsite for a couple hours, working in the extreme cold at our residence.
