What a sourpuss. would never use this business. I called on a Friday evening for a home lockout situation (with my medicine et al inside) Finally got a text response at 7:15am in the morning (though advertises as 24/7 service.) Asks if I am still locked out and I respond yes but have a morning obligation. Say he will come later and gives me a quote. I respond I had a lower quote from someone else. He respond have a good day. I respond that I never mind saving money. He says bait and switch scam. I say no, local competitor, rated 5 stars (that I had just spoken with earlier that morning.) So he blows me off with a caustic "ok you win". This is how people do business these days? I'm an older person on a limited income. I do not appreciate being treated so rudely. He'll bad mouth competitors calling them bait and switch. I have fixed rates for work I do as well. But I would never treat a potential client so rudely just because they tried to negotiate based on a competing offer. read more

Shai is a lifesaver! I arrived home from the airport to discover that I was locked out of my house. On a Sunday. In the freezing rain. Shai was the first one I called and he picked up right away. He was upfront about the Sunday surcharge and said he could be there in 10 minutes. He was and then spent the next 45 minutes in the freezing rain trying to get my back door open that was also jammed. Instead of just instantly giving up and drilling it (which I didn't want) he stayed with it and opened it with no damage to either lock. Key broke off in my apartment door overnight & I didn't realize it until I came back on my last unpacking run to be done for the night. Called a "low-down payment price" 24H service and fell asleep in my car because of the long wait for a call back. Called 8AM on a Sunday AM to these guys and got him quickly to confirm the case a few minutes after the call. We were panicked as we approached Avon, CT for an overnight visit with relatives, en route to Cape Cod from Arlington, VA. We realized we left our tiny key to the luggage box on top of our van at home. There was no "breaking in" to the box, then it would be flying open during our week-long family vacation.
