Very happy with the service here! It was about the third shop I had called this morning (nobody had the tires I needed apparently) and they were both nice and accommodating, unlike the last two shops. They were able to see me right away and about twenty minutes later I had two new used tires! Keep up the great work Direct Tires! read more

These guys are AWESOME!! I needed used tires to last my car (Mercedes C320) for a good time so I can save up enough to buy my new car in a couple of months, so didn't want to get brand new tires since I'll be trading this one in, but couldn't keep driving on the warn out tires I had. (You can see from my pic one of my old tires was pretty shredded toward the inside :o yikes! Didn't even see that till after they took it off. Thank goodness I didn't wait even another day.) Needless to say, they got me in right away! And had my tires installed, in and out in under 30mins! And prices were great too. They did such an awesome job I ended up coming back to have them do my alignment too. Really appreciate when someone gives great service and so quickly too. No BS, no upselling, quick and to the point. Very happy. :))) read more

I bought 2 cars here to mount and balance 4 tires. Not a long wait at all. Depends though how busy they are obviously. Charged me $15 to mount and balance each tire. They didnt torque the lugs but I rechecked at home and it's pretty close to 100 ft lbs. Installer was excellent. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I came here to get my tires changed and get an alignment. The owner told me to come back in an hour. So I left to get a bite to eat real quick. When I got back, everyone was talking like normal but when the guy was putting on the front left tire I noticed my left fender was chipped. As I got closer, I found out another part of the fender was chipped. I took pictures and confronted them about it. All of a sudden, everyone dispersed and it got really quiet. Like an awkward silence. The guy denied him doing anything. Then all of a sudden he changed the subject and asked if he was going to do an alignment saying it'll take another 3-4 hours to do an alignment. But when I first got there, he said it would be done in an hour and a half for alignment and changing tires. All of a sudden he says he's not comfortable aligning my car. I have have pictures of the fender and dirty ass finger prints on of the fender right the above the tire. I could see it cuz I just got my car detailed yesterday. So don't come here. They're pretty shady and don't own up to what they did. An apology would have been fine. read more

I was in need of a tire and didn't have much money or time. I googled, and found this place close to my location! I called and was told to come in. Adam took care of replacing the damaged tire with a used one I purchased. It took no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. I highly recommend this place. Location is great as well as the price for a used tire! Thanks Adam and Riz! read more

Great shop I found around the corner from my studio that I work at. Everyone was super friendly, diligent. Raffi welcomed me with open arms and helped get a new tire up and running in about ten minutes. I've never had service this fast in my life. We also had a great conversation and what he's doing in the community is very inspiring. Glad I found this gem. I'll definitely keep coming back read more

Giving five stars because guys did their work perfectly and for the good price. Service needs to be better, but still five stars because I was satisfied. The good service is for the cranky people. But if my wife would've write a review, then in a good mood she wouldn't give more than three stars. Generally I recommend ! read more

Great spot. I started going there and recommend them for their honesty and also have great prices on used tires. I dropped off my car for a tire change. I left the car and went to work asked them to change the tire and got quoted in a tire and i accepted. After i came back they told me my tire was in great condition and didn't need to be changed and they fixed it. And only charged my fraction of the original price. They could have still changed it without me knowing and charged original price i agreed to. After wards i take all my cars there. And their prices are super cheap and fair read more

Called around to get my tpms reset and most shops quoted me ridiculous prices. Then I talked to Riz and he gave me a very fair rate and said to bring it in whenever. He took care of what I needed when I arrived and I was gone within 10 minutes. He was honest and didn't waste anytime, will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thanks Riz! read more

Bad service, nobody who worked there greeted me. When I finally found the owner he told me I had to talk to the other guys and he rolled his eyes when I said they haven't helped me. Then the price of my tire doubled when he informed me the tire I had called about 15 minutes earlier was not available. This is my second time here, after a similar experience that I was willing to write off as an accident but fool me twice... I will not be back and can't recommend this place, even across the street in an emergency it would serve you to make it to another shop a block away. read more

I came here to get my tire patched, worked like a charm and it only took about 10 minutes. I came back for the service though. Kurt & Steve bring without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful service I've experienced at a repair shop or any kind of mechanic shop. Great, hard workers but even better people. Give them your info and they really do have your back on what you need. read more

Mike is the man when it comes to customer service the owner is cool too! best prices- I Highly recommend it!

I got an alignment here, and would come back again. They have a set price on alignments, and do a decent job. Great prices, and great service. -1 star because I asked for less toe in (my car engulfs expensive tires if toe set too high) but they either forgot or didn't want to put the effort into it. I asked for less toe in after they finished but they said "it's too small to tell" although I know it's a large number. You get what you pay for and I'd come back again, but I'll be sure next time they get the toe right next time. read more
