Recently bought a used Toyota Camry... was helped by Ricky...I was very happy with the service,…read morefound them on CarGuru & received a call wishing 2 business days, (middle of corona virus outbreak) he was very friendly, professional and straight to business when it came to talking numbers. In the end I was happy with price and purchased vehicle same day. He was quick and honest! Yes the vehicle was sold "as is" which I was fine with specially for the price we agreed upon! I'll recommend and family and friends looking for a used vehicle! Thanks

I was very happy to have seemed to found what I thought was a great vehicle at a great price. But…read morethat wasn't the case. The very 1st couple of days like 3 days my oil was completely empty. And the air flow filter had holes and there was rat poop under it which meant rats had been eating things and they hadn't even did a basic check on the vehicle before selling it to me. Also the car kept pulling to the left so I knew right away that the alignment was off. So I called and let them know. Well they sent me to a alignment shop and the guy said that the bushings under it where totally gone and all messes up under there. He then said the dealer told him to only do the alignment only but he explained he couldn't without the other stuff being fixed because it was so bad. Thar a alignment would not fix the issue..long story short they ended up paying for it . My dip stick to oil was so burnt on the tip which they had a excuse for that saying oh "when it ran out of oil after you left it just made the stick burn at the tip" no I've had it 6 months and it still keeps running out of oil after every 3 weeks which means the more was no good when I bought it and my engine light is now on and transmission is messed up. I called them and they said oh well I bought as is. They know they sold me a raggedy vehicle and are not honest people now I'm stuck paying for a vehicle I cant even drive. I've bought alot of cars over the years and they are the worst they somt so inspection on vehicles like they are supposed to before selling and dont care about taking people hard earned money.

Nothing special. Had to drive long distance but was very worth it! Besides getting the car we needed we had very great experience at the dealership. All Lexus dealership are nice looking and luxurious but what was different here Lexus of Fresno has exceptional staff and management. Very efficient, easy and accommodating, straight forward but detailed at the same time, understanding and not pushy, with customer interest in mind. Importantly they do great discounts on a huge choice of the cars. All went super smooth and much better than we usually experience locally. Special thanks to David and Darlene who helped us!

I want to specifically address my experience with George in the finance department, because his…read moreinteraction with me left an extremely disappointing impression of Fresno Lexus. I was having a conversation with another finance employee when George repeatedly inserted himself and made comments. Naturally, when he spoke to me, I responded to him. George then told me that he wasn't involved and that I needed to speak to the other employee--which I respected and did. However, George continued inserting himself into the conversation. I finally said, respectfully, that if he did not want me speaking to him or involving him, then please don't continue commenting on a conversation he had asked not to be part of. He threw his hands up and said "okay." Yet moments later, he interrupted again, saying, "He is helping YOU." I pointed out that this was exactly what I meant--he continued addressing me after specifically telling me not to address him. George then told me I was being "a little aggressive." Twice. That is where the interaction crossed a line for me. I was not yelling, threatening anyone, using profanity or being disrespectful. I was a woman asking questions and advocating for myself during my own financial transaction. Being assertive does not make a woman "aggressive." If George truly did not want to be involved, he had every opportunity to simply allow his colleague and me to finish our conversation. Instead, he repeatedly inserted himself, objected when I responded to him, continued commenting, and then characterized my response as "aggressive." I ultimately removed myself from the room because I was no longer comfortable with the interaction. This review is not about the outcome of our transaction. It is specifically about the way George communicated with us and how unnecessary and uncomfortable his behavior made the situation. I expected a much higher level of professionalism especially from someone handling people's money.
