Damon told me he's the Manager now and asked Andrew to help us. He was every bit as personable and helpful. Further we both looked familiar to each other. Andrew was there when I bought my truck! He's been there over 5 years now. We found what we liked but wanted to think it over. Next morning I called in and said we wanted it. We hopped over there in the afternoon, they had a good loan for us, signed and we were out in about 40 minutes. Truly a painless experience. When my Son is ready, we'll be going back.

When it came down to paperwork salesmen went over everything in a very fast pace, I requested for a print out of the contract & as he attempted to print it he said "the printer stopped working" & proceeds to email it instead. As i check the contract on the email the APR was not 5% instead it was 8.24%. These guy were celebrating after i had made my purchase assuming it was a good commission check. Mind you all, i had a outstanding credit score with pre approval from the bank. The location is conveniently located on the corner of Blackstone, making it easy to find and access. The gentleman who helped us was friendly, professional, and got us taken care of right away. The truck we reserved was available, and the rental process was smooth. They performed a walk-around inspection using a tablet to document any existing dings or damage before we took the vehicle, which was appreciated. We were in and out fairly quickly, and the overall experience was hassle-free. They also have useful items available for purchase if you're renting a truck and happen to forget things like tie-down straps or moving supplies. My only suggestion would be to have some music playing in the lobby. It was extremely quiet while waiting, and a little background music would make the atmosphere feel more welcoming. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this location and would rent from them again.

Enterprise on Milburn tried to scam me by saying I was responsible for damages to my rental car that were clearly old. When my insurance company denied their claim, and I went to their damages department, they couldn't back down fast enough. If this happens to you, don't give in. Go to the damage recovery division, not the local scammers, and file a damage claim. That's how I got the claim closed in my favor--and my deposit back.

That two hours included, looking for a car, test, driving the car he liked and getting the paperwork completed.
